Beaune Nuits: neat house, garden, great calm

Renovated old farmhouse on 2 floors: great calm, all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges at 10 min, Beaune at 15 min, highway at 10 min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a wide sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet Italian shower, Wifi, 50"smart TV (Netflix, OCS), board and outdoor games, barbecue, among others! Just 2 steps from Dijon, and vineyards from the Burgundian coast, come and discover our charming homes. Located in a 18th century castle, we kept the charm and authenticity of this quiet place: very high ceiling, antique parquet floor, tiles, alcove for the bed. At the edge of the Cîteaux Forest (Natura 2000 classified), the bucolic landscapes of the surroundings will enchant you. This place inspires calm and relaxation. The location of the cottage will allow you to immerse yourself in the heart of our wine-growing region.

(Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to roam around Dijon without bothering with parking, no stress! The cottage is very close to Brazey train station, 3 minutes away. Last thing: For comfort, sheets and towels are provided, and we even added a hairdryer and iron for the most stylish!
