Its a comfortable and spacious home in a gated community, its well maintained and assures your privacy. There is ample space for walks and lots of pets in the vicinity for spending quality time. Its very near to Orlim beach (almost walkable), and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby to visit. Special mention to Ashwini who was more than proactive to cater to our needs with the check in and other queries.Overall we had a pretty comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Everything was in perfect working condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a supermarket and other essentials just a short walk away. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The society was also very pleasant and secure. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Stay location is best and just 850 meter from Benaulim main beach. Rooms and one common bathroom are big and good. Another attached bathroom is very small. It was clean. It’s on first floor and accessible via lift and stairs. Car parking is available. Met Rahul and Jyoti and they were very nice people and very helpful. Suggestions to improve , I will share with them in private. Thanks for hosting us.

Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

I had an exceptional stay at the Mistral! The property was impeccably clean and exactly as described. Mr Emiliano and family, who were always present around the property and their accompanying restaurant, made every effort to engage with guests, get to know them, and assist with travel plans. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable, as they eagerly sought suggestions for improvement. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The combination of a beautiful apartment and such attentive hosts made my experience unforgettable. Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

This property, a 3rd-floor unit with FC Barcelona based theme, is an absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated apartment which is immaculately maintained and has top notch amenities. The highlight of the stay was definitely the jacuzzi in a bathroom - what a treat! But the real showstopper was the infinity pool on the 4th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Nerul River. I'm so glad I chose this property for my stay! The owner has thoughtfully curated every detail to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were exceptional. Mr. Vasu is super friendly and accommodating host with an eye for detail, making our stay even more special with his personalised reception and greetings. We had an amazing time and this place was the perfect retreat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway! 5 * isn't enough - this place deserves 10 *!

My stay was extremely comfortable, surrounded by breathtaking scenic beauty. The hospitality was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had an incredible time at this holiday home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Trust me, property is same as seen in pictures. The location was perfect—peaceful. Best thing is Swiggyis working fine and u can order anytime anything. Only flaw is water level height in swimming pool which is high upto 4 ft which is not ok for kids. Need to keep it 3 ft or lower so that kids can enjoy. Else we truly felt at home and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. If u have a Car or a rental Car thn this place is one of the best option to stay.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.
