The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom, bath room, spacious living, dining area and a kitchenette (no stove or oven) with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small portable electric hot pad, plates, bowls, cups and utensils for simple cooking. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.

Our spacious, surprisingly bright Bethesda half-basement is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Walter Reed, NIH, & the metro. Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas & evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, & a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge & microwave are on hand for snacks. Short term rental license no. STR25-00162. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.

850 sq ft 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo in great downtown Bethesda location. Corner unit with windows everywhere making for great light, energy, and views. Balcony overlooking one of the main Bethesda squares. Close to metro and walkable to more restaurants and bars than you can possibly try. Includes garage parking for one car. This condo will exceed your expectations. Just an FYI, I may buzz you into building remotely rather than greeting you in person at check-in. Hope that’s ok.
