Walk right out the front door to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, & anything else you might need. It is easy walking distance to two Metro stops and 1.2 miles to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Walter Reed, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH); apx. 20 min. walk. While small, this place will grant you peace in an awesome location!

While small overall, its ample one-bedroom and comfy one-bath will provide the roomy space you cannot easily obtain in a downtown location, and its well appointed kitchen will provide everything you need to cook a feats. This is a private spacious second floor bedroom in the carriage house with a full bathroom, dining table and closet and brand new mini split AC unit. The first floor has a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, cooktop. coffee machine, refrigerator, countertop oven, and sink. The house is located in the safe and convenient AUPark neighborhood. On site parking is available. We live in the main house.
