You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Centrally located in the Allgäu, just 10 km from Kempten, is Wildpoldsried. Shopping and gastronomy are within walking distance. Thanks to good transport connections by car, bus and bicycle, the apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Allgäu, the land of mountains and lakes.

From this accommodation you can reach all important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Welcome to our small but nice holiday apartment. It is part of our detached house with separate entrance and private parking. The apartment is optimally designed for 2 people. Bakery and CAP market right around the corner. The Allgäu mountains and lake landscape are within 20 minutes by car and can also be easily reached by bike. The beautiful city center of Kemptens is only 5 km away. We look forward to seeing you.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Our apartment is in our house on the outskirts of Hauptmannsgre. From here you can start by walking or cycling directly into nature, e.g. in the Kempten Forest or to the emergency pond. The apartment has a separate house entrance and was completed in 2025. The outdoor area is not yet paved or green. However, we have prepared a seating area in the immediate vicinity.
