A very nice space in a great location with lots to do around the neighborhood!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

We had a great stay in Tola’s apartment. It is a gorgeous, clean and spacious apartment, close to many LA locations of interest. Cute rooftop space accessible too and easy garage access for the building.

Great place, location, also clean. Definitely coming back to the same place when visiting beverly hills again.

My husband and I enjoyed the place very much! Highly recommend to anyone trying to be in the city. 😊😊

Timilehin’s place was tidy and clean with a great view on the balcony. My friends and I enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen has everything you need. Check-in and checkout are super smooth with clear instructions. Timilehin is helpful and responsive as well. I highly recommend!

Michael's place was fantastic! Very cool place with amazing views and a nice quiet neighborhood. Michael was awesome to deal with and his communication was top tier. Ill definitely be checking availability for my next trip to Hollywood!

And older home which was renovated nicely with artistic flair. Very quiet and safe neighborhood close to the shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is great and the beds were super comfortable. Exactly what we needed as a family displaced from the palisades fire.

Wonderful home with a lovely patio and pool, which is great for kids. Kaitlin provided detailed instructions for everything in the home and had a list of recommended restaurants for delivery and eating out which was extremely helpful. Home is walking distance from Von’s grocery store. Plenty of space for my family of 4 and I would reserve Kaitlin’s home again!

Michael and Tracy were awesome hosts. They gave great instructions, checked on us periodically and went above and beyond in the home. We had a party of 6 and two of us forgot toothbrushes, to our surprise they had toothbrushes for guests. They had a variety of products in the bathrooms, extra towels, blankets and plenty of seating in the home. Home was cozy and nice on the eyes. The backyard was a dream, private and gorgeous with the most spectaculat foliage. Pool was a good size too. Beds were comfy, sheet we soft and pillows were just right. Plenty of everything you needed to have in the kitchen, a marvelous grill outdoors with plenty of seathing out there as well. I can’t highly recommend this unit enough. Thank you Michael and Tracy for sharing your wonderful home!

This is a great rental. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings and artwork, abundant towels, excellent dining area, equipped kitchen, lovely house, garden and location.

We had a great week long stay in late May 2025. The unit was very clean and as pictured. Very well appointed and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels. Off street parking. Felt very quiet, safe and private. Great location and safe to walk dog. Only thing lacking is having some outdoor space. The property consists of a small house in front, this cottage, then a large house being constructed behind (almost done), with a driveway running the length. Construction behind and on the property next door was fine, aside from not being pretty. Host was friendly and unobtrusive. We would stay here again.

The place is incredible and the views are beautiful!! I highly recommend and am very thankful they are very good host. Everything was clean and you have everything you need.

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
