House holiday rentals in Beverly

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

We stayed for a graduation for our son and the house comfortable accommodated our entire family including parents/ in-laws. There was a creek in the back, pool, Firepit. We had fun playing pool (billiards) and darts. Nice Kitchen with new appliances. The 3 bedrooms are nice in size and we never felt cramped accommodating us all. The host communicated very quickly and was sooo nice. We unfortunately won’t be in Boston in near future however if we did and needed the space we would book again.

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared — every detail made us feel so comfortable and welcome. You can truly feel the love and care the host put into the space. It felt like a warm home from the moment we arrived. We are already looking forward to coming back again. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Weston, MA. The house was spacious, spotless, and located in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood right next to Cat Rock Park—perfect for relaxing or enjoying nature. It was incredibly quiet, which made for a restful stay. Parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless. Everything about the experience was easy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located home away from home.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much! From the time of booking (far in advance) through the entire stay, PJ was extremely friendly and helpful- she took time to learn about our interests and made suggestions for things to check out while we were there. The location was perfect - walkable to all the sights, attractions and best restaurants. We would definitely stay again !

Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Harbor House is a great place, conveniently located near downtown, shops, restaurants, and bars are walkable, nice ocean view from the upstairs living room, its an excellent choice for your visit to Gloucester

This was our second time staying at Kuan's home. Our son attended boarding school 25 minutes away, and this was a great place for our whole family to stay during a holiday hockey tournament and graduation weekend. You genuinely feel as if you are a guest in Kuan's home. It is tidy and well-appointed, with an eclectic collection of New England and Asian furnishings. Kuan is extremely responsive, and (for example) immediately brought back-up propane tanks without having to be asked. For history buffs, the foundation for Rev. Parrish's former parsonage is just a few lots away. This was the home where Tituba and the Parrish family started what became the Salem Witch Trial hysteria (Danvers was formerly Salem Village). I would recommend highly, especially since there are few equivalent properties available in this part of Massachusetts.

I stay in quite a few Airbnb’s all over the world and this place does it right. The unexpected extras like things you always need in the kitchen when you arrive to an Airbnb to shampoo and conditioner in the shower to laundry detergent and dryer sheets.All there waiting for you. I grew up in Marblehead and this is a perfect location to be able to walk to beautiful Devereaux beach or around Marblehead neck. Backyard is a huge perk for this location as it is not common to have a backyard like this in an Airbnb this close to the beach. It isn’t huge it is exactly as described and was perfect for me and my two kids. Grill was great, there is a mini back deck, lots of games to play comfortable kitchen. Props to the owners you have done an awesome job and I will be recommending this Airbnb to my family and friends

I can't say enough about this historical home, location & Julie. We absolutely loved our Thanksgiving & Birthday stay. The house was so charming and had everything we could possibly need. Julie was so nice and helpful through the whole process. Her instructions were very clear in message and inside the home. For us, the two kitties were a bonus. They were super friendly and nice to have around. We cannot thank our hosts enough for sharing their beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back!

Alexia was a top-notch host! She was extremely responsive. She replaced a broken pack-n-play for our son before bedtime, which was amazing to not have to worry about finding another option just prior to bedtime. The space was cute and clean and was just enough space for us with parking too. It is a short walk to the downtown area, with shops and restaurants. One challenge for us was the living room and kitchen of the lower unit is right below the bedrooms in this unit. This is unlikely to be a problem for most people, but with a toddler (and myself) sensitive to noise when sleeping, it was a challenge for us with a quite loud family that was staying below us. On the positive side, Alexia was extremely responsive about this situation and spoke to the family a few times, which did improve the situation for the rest of the trip. This to me is what makes her an excellent host. She genuinely seemed to care about us having a great experience. I would highly recommend her and her properties!

I can’t thank you enough for letting me stay in this beautiful location. I’ve been going through chemo treatment and trying to find beautiful places in between treatment to enjoy. This place was a fav. Which I sort of want to keep to myself. I didn’t have a lot of energy to do a lot but it was exactly what I needed. Parked my car and left it behind. Watched the tide, walked around a beautiful place with my dog. I couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful place just a one minute ride to the Rockport Golf Club where my daughter was getting married. We had plenty of room for all six of us. A nice big kitchen with a very large center island so we could share many meals and prepare food and platters for the wedding. The living room has a lovely gas fireplace and we had many cozy evenings there as we destressed from all the wedding festivities. We spent quite a lot of time outdoors, walking down to the ocean and sitting on the deck, watching the stars. October is a lovely time to visit Rockport. Less traffic, pretty autumn colors, no big crowds at restaurants so short wait for tables. If we needed to come back for another event, I would choose this home again. *for those with back issues- all of the beds were cozy but not supportive and very soft.

Perfect place for our group of 6 to stay whiling visiting family. Walkable to many local attractions and having a parking space was luxury after driving to many of the surrounding towns. Kitchen was stocked with perfect amenities (my kids loved the snack selection and I was thankful for the coffee bar). Would definitely stay again if we return to Swampscott.

We were delighted to stay at Vanessa’s home, which is even lovelier than the photos depict. The area and home are beautiful and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Vanessa, and she was exceptionally kind. Very highly recommend!

Our family of 7 came out to visit Salem & Boston and I came across this lovely home in Marblehead. It was about a 10 minute drive to Salem so it was very convenient. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was nicely spread out so we all felt like we had our own space during our down time. Miriam was a very responsive host and she was extremely accommodating and flexible. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again!

We loved Shahla''s placed. The space was clean and very well kept. The location was in a prime location to restaurants. Shahla was very hospitable in every way. Everything was well stocked and available for quests. We would stay in Shahla's place again.

Corey was extremely accommodating! The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was great! Would highly recommend!
