I would give this place six stars if I could - my friends and I had a wonderful stay at Son’s Rio Cibolo! The entire process from start to finish was straightforward and easy, and the host was extremely responsive when we had questions or concerns. The ranch is at a beautiful location alongside a river with lots of things to do. My friends and I were not able to take full advantage of the amenities because we were only there for a few days and had to be in San Antonio for most of the trip. However, our waterfront cabin was incredibly peaceful and provided the perfect place to come back at the end of the day and relax. We would definitely come back will the sole purpose of enjoying the ranch and all it has to offer!

We had a wonderful time! There are a lot of great things to do for the boys, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming! The place is clean, comfortable and convenient to the city. It has everything we need. Close to the city and has its own unique outdoor nature! Highly recommended! Thanks again!

Absolutely perfect from the beginning with an online inquiry to us creating so many memories we haven't stopped talking about our time there since arriving home!!! The place had such a fun vibe & the coolest location on the river - it was an absolutely beautiful and meticulously manicured environment inside & out! Stayed in a raised 'tent' & truly enjoyed the setting. Every detail was thought out in these little cabins, it made our stay for 2 nights while we attended the Cattle Country Music Festival perfect & very relaxing!!! Having a full sized fridge was a huge factor in making our reservation since we planned on staying 'home' while we were there. The fire pit was perfect - as was that they sold AND DELIVERED firewood on-site from the little snack /bait shop across from the pools. The staff at Son's was great too - ALL were very friendly, always ready to offer assistance and extremely responsive when needed. GOING BACK FOR SURE with my husband and son... AND SOON!!!!

Peaceful stay and super comfortable beds! Definitely a more nature oriented stay so if you’re expecting a city feel this may not be for you. But if you’re looking to get a nature experience this is the perfect spot! Would be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marie’s place! Peaceful setting, with country vibes. Loved seeing the longhorns every morning from the big picture window in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host! Got a quick response when asking if we could check out late. And no late fee was added! We enjoyed staying here with our 4 month old and 4 pets! If we were able to we would have stayed longer. Would stay here again if we are back in the area!

WOW we travel a lot and out of all the air bnb’s that we have stayed at Wendy’s place was wonderful. We came to get away from a hard time at work this was the perfect place for that. The scenery was amazing and so calm. Very clean and well stocked. Thank you. 5 STRS for sure🌟

Cozy cabin in the woods. We enjoyed our stay and it was fun to watch people riding their dirt bikes on the track.

Lovely private cabin in a peaceful farm owned by friendly couple. Very safe and secure. Short drive from many amenities (cinema, town centre, supermarkets, etc.) A great base to explore New Braunfels and surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Book immediately! This place was amazing and breathtaking. The pictures does the actual view no justice. Ms. Paula and Ms. Katherine are phenomenal host and very prompt with responding. We're already planning on returning and soon.

We had a great time, stayed a week over new years to escape the cold of Iowa, and we regretted zero seconds of our time here. The river was peaceful, we kayaked 3 days and fished, kids swam the whole time and always had something to do. The cabins were perfect for us and was more than comfortable for the stay. Communication was easy and overall worth the money and will definitely it'll recommend to others!

We brought the family out for a midweek getaway and we have been nothing but pleased with Sons. The cabin was clean and smelled good when we arrived. The community bathrooms were well taken care of. We knew about the hot tubs but we’re unaware one of the pools was heated too which was super cool. The Kids didn’t want to leave! Thank you Sons!

They have 100 acres with 2 miles of creek frontage and all kinds of amenities and things to do: like kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, swimming, volleyball, basketball. hiking, game room and more! Highly recommend. We plant to go back yearly!

Overall great experience! Gets the job done however could improve in overall cleaning . Hot tub was not well .. hot . Play room was super cool ! The river was awesome .

Perfect Blend of Comfort and Nature! - This place is a paradise for families! The waterfront cabin at Son’s Rio Cibolo exceeded all our expectations. It combined the comfort of a home with the beauty of nature. The cabin was beautifully furnished, and the surroundings were breathtaking. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They have so much for the whole family to enjoy: kayaking, paddleboarding, heated pools, hot tubs, firepits, nature trails, basketball & volleyball courts & more! I highly recommend you staying here, you will not be disappointed.
