I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. The city is awesome, and the people are great! Thanks so much, Yusuf! Thanks again! Ciao!

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

Fue muy buena la estancia en el alojamiento de Mehmet, siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía rápidamente cuando fue necesario. Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de las principales mezquitas, hay muchas opciones para comer a los alrededores.

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants à proximité ainsi que les transports en commun. Le logement était très propre sans aucun souci à signaler. Je recommande a 100%

Много сме доволни от престоят ни, г-н Ерол лично ни посрещна, даже багажа ни лично го занесе в студиото което бяхме избрали, много усмихнат, възпитан домакин, беше много чисто, всичко както е описано в приложението отговаряше едно към едно, персонала също беше много усложлив, усмихнат, с една дума много сме доволни, препоръчваме със четири ръце, пак ще повторим, също така добра локация на много лесно място, паркинг и градски транспорт са в близост, много чисто, Благодарим на господин Ерол за топлото гостоприемство и целият персонал.

Прекрасное расположение. Вид на мраморное море. Отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Транспортная доступность достаточно хороша. На метро можно попасть в любую точку Стамбула. Спасибо уважаемый Orbay, что позволили нам остаться после времени выселения и дождаться самолета!!!

Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

İletişim çok hızlıydı. Eve giriş çok kolaydı. Talimatlar net ve anlaşılırdı. Ev çok temizdi. Muhit ve manzara çok güzeldi. Tek araçlık otopark kullanımı mevcuttu. Manzara kusursuzdu. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık.

Özlem Hanım son derece ilgili ve yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi, sorularımız olduğunda çok kısa sürede cevap aldık. Ev gayet düzenli ve temizdi, yalnızca çarşaflarda ufak tefek kirlilik vardı ancak onun dışında temizlik ile ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir konaklama deneyimiydi :)

İlk defa Airbnb deneyimlemiş biri olarak tedirgindim. Ama Deniz hanım gibi bir ev sahibi ile karşılaştığım için şanslıydım. Ev görseldeki ile birebirdi çocuk dahil 9 kişi konakladık villa 4 katlı ve temizdi tüm eşyalar kullanılabilir haldeydi hiç her ihtiyacımızı rahatlıkla karşıladık. Ve iletişim halindeydik bu ayrıca hoşuma gitti Çok çok teşekkür ederim

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Thank you for your cleanliness and your hospitality. We are truly grateful to have met such a host. Best Regards

wszystko zgodne z opisem. bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. wszystkie urządzenia kuchenne i pralnia w pełni wyposażone. dom o wysokim standardzie, zadbany. gorąco polecam. everything as described. very friendly and helpful owners. all kitchen equipment and laundry fully equipped. house of high standard, well-kept. highly recommended.
