Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Beylikdüzü

First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

The communication with Orbay was smooth — he responded quickly. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. The private terrace with a nice view was a great spot to relax. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very beautiful. There was a single-vehicle parking lot. The view was perfect. We were very satisfied in general.

The location was perfect and the apartment was cute. Perfect for a few days visiting Istanbul. Many great places to eat, easy to get to all the attractions. Would stay again.

I was nervous as someone who had experienced Airbnb for the first time. But I was lucky to meet a host like Ms. Deniz. The house is exactly as in the image, we stayed 9 people including the child, the villa was 4 floors and clean, all the furniture was usable, we easily met all our needs. Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
