Our accommodation is conveniently located whether you want to enjoy the beaches (10 min drive, beach bus 3 min), the hinterland or the nearby Camargue, we are very close to the highway exit and the beach road (300 m). Your access to the accommodation will be easy whether you come by car (free parking) or train (bus stop for the train station at the foot of the building). The historic center is easily accessible in less than 10 minutes by bus or bike, 15/20 minutes on foot

Welcome to the Ô Lingot d'Oc estate, a 10-hectare property being regenerated with vineyards and olive trees. Enjoy a splendid view of the vines and olive trees. On your terrace, we provide a table, two lounge chairs, and a hanging chair attached to the large pine tree, which will serve as your shade. My house is in the center of a village near the RN113, the interior is simple but welcoming, a medium-sized town Lézignan-Corbières is nearby, I live on site, 1 bedroom has a double bed of 1m40, the 2nd on the same floor 1 bed of 0m90 and the 3rd on the 2nd floor with 2 beds of 0m90, 1 folding baby bed is available, very suitable for 1 family with 3 children. I would like to point out that this is not a gîte, it is a bed and breakfast rental.

Room in a separate building that served as a stable for the winemakers. Quiet guaranteed and all on the ground floor. The patio is very pleasant in summer and overlooks a cul-de-sac. A meal under the blue sun? Even a kitchen is at your disposal. WiFi workspace. In summer, I prepare breakfast on our large terrace full of plants and flowers. Including bread, croissants, jam and even charcuterie for those who like it.
