It was a wonderful holiday, everything was perfect, the view was legendary

My stay was great. The house condition and location were as stated in the descriptions. Mr. Ersin was very helpful in communication and was in constant communication during the check-in and checkout process. The price was a very good stay for me in terms of performance.

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

My partner & I stayed here while hiking the Lycian Way. Hafize accommodated our late booking on Turkish Independence Day. Hafize's place is well located, well equipped & great for a long or short-term stay. Hafize herself is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed on AirBnB!

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was really clean, as we saw in the photos, it smelled good everywhere, including the sheets and towels, and since we had children, he also paid attention to that. He always communicated with me in a kind and polite manner, and made suggestions for our needs and the city location. We spent 5 days, a place we would recommend to everyone. You feel at home. You have everything you can think of at home. Mr. Emre was helpful in everything. The perfect place to rest your head.

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! We had a wonderful stay. The apartment presented to us was the same as the photos. I can say that I looked at the view for hours. Our house was left clean. They provided flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out. We thank Ms. Merve for her interest.

Lovely spacious villa with glorious views of the hills and even a little sea view too! About 10 mins from Kalkan centre in a cab which only cost 250 lira and very easy to book. Nearby cafe called Kaliméra did lovely food and delivered too. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking, inc coffee machines and bottle openers etc. Couple of small supermarkets within 15/20 min walk for essentials, but the house had basics like toilet roll, salt and sugar when we arrived. Very helpful host - we requested additional hangers and pool towels on our arrival and brand new ones were delivered within a couple of hours! Daily cleaner who was v quiet and respectful and took the bins away, really can’t fault the villa, the hosts or the workers, all excellent!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

Lovely comfortable apartment bed especially comfy - everything you could need for a lovely stay

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

We had a perfect accommodation experience as a family. All the details are considered in the house. The view is already number 10. I definitely recommend it

The house itself is beautiful. Nesrin, is a great host with lots of amenities provided. The location is lovely, very central and lots of nice restaurants surrounding it. It is loud outside at night due to the live bands playing in the bar downstairs. They stop around 2am, however, the hosts provided ear buds to help cancel out the noise at night.
