The unit was small but served its purpose for a simple stay were you can sleep, relax and cook a little. Fridge was a great help in storing our geoceries. I liked how it was a few steps from the elevator and garbage disposal room. The host was also friendly and very responsive. 😊

Vanessa is such a great host that will respond quickly to any questions you may have. This place is gorgeous and you can tell they took their time designing this condo. With an elegant atmosphere, and tasteful choices in furniture, you’ll feel like you’re living the high life at this condo. Definitely social media worthy aesthetic and the host helps you feel like family. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

We had a wonderful stay! The interior of the place is beautiful, and it was equipped with everything we needed – complete furniture, appliances, and all the essentials which were especially helpful since we were traveling with our toddler. The place was also very clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. One of our favorite features was the hot and cold shower, perfect for our toddler who loves warm baths. The host was incredibly accommodating. She was always in touch, checking in to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and always offered to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again the next time we're in Manila!

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Thank you so much for letting me stay for two weeks! I needed a place to rest while my house is being renovated and this place served as my temporary bed and office. Got to sleep well during the day and at night I got to work peacefully. Will definitely consider staying here again if I ever need a place to stay nearby.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for Our Needs! Sil is a wonderful host– super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The house was spotlessly clean and everything in the unit was in great condition It’s such an affordable place with excellent value for money– we couldn’t have asked for more! The location was extremely convenient for us. My sons trained at Elorde Boxing Gym which was just a 2-minute walk away– so easy! Plus, the area felt very safe with tight security giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Sil, for your hospitality!We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

Matthew and his co-host, Marinel, are very responsive and easy to talk to. My daughter felt at home that she did not want to leave 😅 We had to extend for another day and we did not have any problems, including the parking space and the pool access. This place will now be our top choice if we want a nearby get away. Thank you very much for giving us a wonderful long weekend! 🩷

what you see is what you get. very accessible to food just accross sm and the parking located just beside the building

I stayed at Areens the first few nights i had in the Philippines. it was a great place to stay ... easy to get there from the airport ..check in was easy with 24 hour security. it was a very safe locations with lots of walks / restaurants and shopping centres I would highly recommend

Martin is an amazing host, keeps you updated and responds on time also he is very flexible with late checkouts and extensions. Me and my wife just recently stayed at his place because its near the hospital my wife delivered at and it all went super well we checked in with 2 adults and checked out with 2 adults and a newborn 😁.

super worth it and affordable! we havent checked out yet & my bf’s already asking when will we book again for this place 😂 linis and super bago LIKE mga gamit to the point we had to search how to use it. very clean pati toilet parang wala pa gumamit. complete set din ng cleaning materials so ang sarap maglinis! 😅 ang ganda pa ng facilities nakakaiyak huhu anyways looking forward to our next stay 😍
