Kid-friendly holiday rentals in B.F. Homes

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Benny was kind enough to allow us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Her sister, Dolly, warmly welcomed us and personally walked us through the features of the home. It was such a thoughtful touch that she had already turned on the AC and fans in all the rooms, making it comfortable from the moment we arrived and even left us welcome banana chips! The house itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed perfect for a group of four. We especially loved how open, clean, and free of hair, dust, or clutter everything was, with fresh linen and all AC units working perfectly. The location is also a huge plus: just 14 minutes from NAIA without traffic, which made our 5:45 AM international flight smooth and stress-free. Communication with Benny was easy and efficient from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. Hopefully, we’ll be back again in the future!

Very good owner, easy to reach

The vibes here is very homey. We enjoyed our staycation while still being able to work comfortably before our flight because the place is very ideal for both relaxation and work. Strong AC in the rooms and the living room. Strong wifi connection in every corner of the house. Flexible check in and very responsive host. We surely will be back.

Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

Overall, I like the place. It was actually aesthetic. The photos she chose to post here aren't nice but the photos I took while staying there were great. I don't know where the restaurants are located. Maybe because it was too late when I came out. There's free water to drink so it's great. There's also free shampoo and conditioner. The host is responsive. I like the lightings. There's also a fridge and may laman sya. Baka binibenta n host. I'm not sure 😅

It's was great staying at this place! Very quite good for reviewing (I booked this so I could review for my Law School Entrance Exam). However, the parking is kinda far like a 5-minute walk to building's entrance. But all in all, it was a nice experience :)

MEP’s place at Calathea Place - DMCI Homes was everything I hoped for and more. It felt like a real home —not just another rental or hotel. The unit was exactly like the pictures: clean, cozy, and FULLY furnished with everything you could need, including a washing machine and super fast, reliable internet (perfect for working from home > 80-150/mps). The building had amazing amenities—pool, basketball courts, a convenience store, and even refillable water stations. The location was great too, with plenty of fast food spots, markets, and a supermarket within walking distance. Plus, it’s just a quick jeepney ride to SM Parañaque or Sucat. MEP was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations and I can’t think of a single major thing to fault. Highly recommended! - This place definitely deserves 5 stars and if you stay you would 100% agree. Thanks again MEP!

I have nothing else to say but praise. The place was beyond my expectations. It was so complete that i have nothing to ask for. I will surely recommend the place to my family and friends.

we enjoyed our stay in Resty's place. Very accomodating and place is clean. Good location also. I love the sound system while streaming. Also there's available snack bar.

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.
