The loft studio is located on the mezzanine floor of a Renaissance palace in the heart of Biberach's historic old town in the immediate vicinity of the market place. The open-plan concept includes a living and sleeping area as well as a small kitchen with a dining area overlooking the quiet, green backyard. A modern daylight bathroom with walk-in shower blends into the old building with industrial elegance. A cozy seating area with a mid-century couch and armchairs invites you to linger and read. The spacious double bed offers enough space for 2 people to sleep in. An expansive mural by British-Swiss artist Clare Kenny gives the room an additional individual touch. The fenced front garden of the house can also be used.

The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the ground floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and 2 armchairs. The apartment is in a very good location, the market square is a 3-minute walk away.
