Holiday rentals with lake access in Bićine

This stay could not have been better. The house offers everything you could need and Ive is a generous and welcoming host. We were given some home-made wine shortly after arriving and even treated to a meal in Sinj. This was a brilliant place and we would happily stay again. Excellent in every way.

Beautiful place. Walking distance from cottage there is a beautiful lake were you can swim. The area is quite and peaceful. Cottage was extremely clean and there were all the required essentials. Bed was super comfortable. For those looking for tranquility this place is high recommended.

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

Accomodation was perfect option when you are looking for queit holiday with small children. We really enjoy everything what this house provided for us. House was totaly clean and had everything what we needed. Garden provided many options for perfect rest. We enjoyed also sand queit beach situated under house and access to the sea for small child. The host was incredibly gracious and responsive and we found that any issues that came up during our stay (though there weren't many) were cleared up almost immediately. The apartment was beautiful and clean and we ended up spending more time there because of this. Although the pool was closed because it was chilly outside, we spent our fair share of time in the sauna. Overall, highly recommend! It's a 10-15 minute drive in order to get to any restaurants, and we found that to be the only drawback.

I had a pleasure of staying at this apartment for a long-term rental during my student exchange. From the very beginning, communication with the host was excellent, he was always very helpful. The apartment itself was exactly as described, it was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the Žnjan Beach. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Split.

Although it is far from the shore, it is a very quiet area to rest. It is always good to walk after a nice dinner

The four of us spent a week at Branka's house. From beginning to end, everything was perfect, be it the communication with Branka (she always responded very quickly to inquiries), the warm welcome by Branka's parents, the furnishings of the house (especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing) and last but not least the unique location with breathtaking views of the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have definitely come to the right place. Despite the secluded location, you can also quickly reach the city by car. We can fully recommend Branka and the "private beach house" and will definitely come back!

Luka and his parents were very accommodating and always helpful. The communication was great and they were always available and there immediately when you needed them. There was homemade honey and fresh figs as a welcome greeting, as well as a very good, homemade wine. In addition, bottles of water were cooled, so right upon arrival what has fresh to drink, you are very welcome in the heat. Thank you very much for the hospitality for the constant helpfulness. We are more than happy to recommend it.

Dream location and cabin - we couldn’t have wished for anything better to rest, resource, and discover this beautiful region

Mario and his dad are great hosts. They treated us wonderfully and made us feel very comfortable. The house is in perfect condition, has a great pool with constant temperature (28ºC) and has a barbecue, bicycles, etc., ideal for children. It is a very well located house to visit Central Dalmatia, in addition, we were lucky to be able to see the festivities of SINJ, the Alkar. Highly recommended house.
