Gente, you cannot describe in words the experience that it is to be in this place!!! It is simply magical, my family (wife, mother, brother and nephew) was delighted!!! It is beautiful at all times of the day, a little piece of the sky on earth and Lucilene makes everything even more pleasant and quiet, helped us in everything and was very nice and polite indeed!!! For those who enjoy a quiet place to spend time in peace is perfect!!! At first I was afraid of access, but don't worry about it, from summer to winter any type of automobile will get there with ease, I think it's important to highlight this!!! I didn't see a lot of mosquitoes and things like that, I didn't identify spiders and the like!!! Look, do you want to spend a few days in peace enjoying a beautiful landscape, no noise, no excitement? Only Go!!! We spent a spectacular weekend celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday. We were in 12 people and it was super cozy. Extremely clean place and with care in the details. Host always asks to answer us. Everything perfect.

We are very happy with this place where we stayed. We rested very well. The fans and air conditioning they have help a lot to get through the heat. Due to the number of beds and armchairs-beds, 8 people could easily stay. It has a large and nice park The grill is impeccable, and the gazebo is functional. Beaches are nearby. The climb to the house can be scary for those who are not used to climbing hills, but it's only scary the first time.

Simply a piece of paradise on earth, MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than BY PHOTO!! All-equipped house, clean, smelly. A breathtaking view, we took the 4 days of sunshine then gave it to enjoy all the beautiful beaches it has near. The only bad thing is that big market is far from the house, but otherwise IT WAS PERFECT. We want to go back again and again.

I loved it! I'm crazy to go back! A giant, spacious, clean house with air conditioning in all the rooms. Various extra mattresses. Ofurô warm. Churrasqueira, muuuuuitos kitchen utensils. Great location! Perfect hostess, responded on the spot, answered questions… I will certainly be back to stay longer. Amei! My friends loved it!

Very cozy apartment, excellent location near the waterfront and the local shops had everything on the same street. Very quiet and safe area. The hostess's service was first-rate.

Very good apartment to accommodate a couple. The building is located on the top of a mountain, with a spectacular view. Osmar is always ready to answer any questions.

The stay was amazing. An impeccable apt, with an excellent location, close to everything. The apt was in perfect condition, very well organized, clean. The hosts are impeccable. Always willing to help with whatever is needed and helped us a lot! The next time my family and I return to Floripa, we will no doubt seek to stay again in the Alba and Paulo accommodation. A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and access with guest facial recognition (configured at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we did not use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent, everything was clean and organized, the checkin was very quiet to do as well. Israel has always been very available sending instructions and willing to help us when I need it. Thank you very much and recommend to everyone who is looking for a stay in Floripa.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

The stay was quiet. We very much liked the structure of the place, and any problems were resolved quickly by Mrs. Analu. The apartment is comfortable and well distributed, everything we needed was within reach. Welcome to the cupcake and the organization are to be congratulated!
