Guava house has two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates three guests. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has a delightful wood-burning fireplace. We have a green and outdoor area with several fruit trees and hammocks for relaxing. Guava House is a nature retreat near the city. We are 25 km from the center of Florianópolis. A place to relax and listen to the birds singing, ideal for families!

The master suite (with balcony and whirlpool) accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable queen bed and up to 2 children in rollaway beds (no charge). If the reservation is made for 3 or 4 adults, the second suite will be made available, with an extra fee of R$100 per night for the 3rd and 4th adult guests. Access is easy and safe, with asphalt up to the condominium. We accept small pets with a few rules: no climbing on sofas, beds or armchairs.
