Holiday rentals with a patio in Bilice

la casa si Mirna è accogliente, arredata molto bene con quel misto di nordic style e mediterraneo che ci piance molto, e dotata di tutti i comfort "tecnologici" che si possono desiderare. La vista dal terrazzo attrezzato è molto bella, sul golfo di Sibenik, il tramonto è meraviglioso. il quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso rimenendo però a due passi dal centro e dal castello. il meglio dei due mondi, per visitare la città vecchia. Mirna è stata molto gentile, e la sua accoglienza ci ha fatto sentire a casa. torneremo di certo per starci più a lungo. grazie

Die Unterkunft tust wirklich sehr schön. Man hat seine Ruhe und läuft nur ein paar Minuten in die Stadt und zum Meer. Alles war sauber und Annmarie hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Auch die Anweisungen den Parkplatz und die Unterkunft zu finden waren sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. Ich wenn man mit dem Auto kommt muss man allerdings beachten, dass die Straßen dort sehr eng sind also mit einem großen Auto ist der Parkplatz schwer zu erreichen, das war für uns kein Problem, aber als Tipp! Die Unterkunft war zudem sehr sauber und es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht und würden es jederzeit wieder machen :)

Lovely apartment & even lovelier host. Ivana was extremely helpful, kind and quick respond. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Šibenik. Prekrasan apartman i još bolja domaćica. Ivana je iznimno ljubazna, puna korisnih savjeta i brzo odgovora na pitanja. Preporučam ovaj smještaj!!!

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! un gros coup de coeur pour cette famille et cet appartement. j'étais vraiment triste de partir. on a eu un accueil comme une maman avec ses enfants. tout est bien équipé, propre. un super accueil devant la porte avec des cadeaux d'arrivée.wifi au top, lave vaisselle, four,micro onde, machine à laver, une grande douche, parking gratuit et la clim qui était vitale pendant l'été. mon aînée a dit wahou c est le luxe😂. bref j'ai partagé l'adresse sur les réseaux car c'était vraiment chouette. on est à 10min de skradin, on est restés 5 jours (visite de krka, Split, trogir, baignade au lac de skradin,primosten, Sibenik..). on était au calme. tout était parfait!!!! a chaque fois qu'in avait besoin d'un truc, on l'avait de suite, c'était incroyable. vous resterez le plus beau souvenir de mes vacances pour cette 1ère en Croatie ❤️❤️❤️

Eine sehr schöne und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse. Wir hatten kurzfristig gebucht und waren positiv überrascht vom komfortablen und geschmackvollen Appartement. Nur etwa 100m Entfernung zum Meer, eine steile Straße herab und zwischen den Felsen einen flachen Einstieg mit Kieselsteinen, völlig ausreichend für uns. Manchmal stört der Flugbetrieb vom Flughafen Split (Trogir) doch etwas.

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Alles Prima! Wir waren alle begeistert und hatte eine super Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gut gelegen für den Nationalpark Krka. Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏
