Bright, cozy apartment in a quiet area

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Das schöne Zwei-Familien-Haus liegt an einem sonnigem Südhang nördlich der Altstadt, ruhige Verkehrslage, naturnahe Umgebung mit den Weinbergen und dem Kastanienwald hinter dem Haus. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur 8 Min. Fußweg zum ÖPNV, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt und im Gewerbegebiet (Supermärkte). 15 Min. Fußweg zur Therme und zum Kurpark. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster liegt einem die Stadt Bergzabern mit dem Schloss zu Füßen. Der Jakobsweg die Südroute geht bei mir vorbei.

In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung im Weinort Billigheim-Ingenheim. Sommerhitze kein Problem-Sie schlafen in kühlen Räumen. Besuchen Sie auch unsere Homepage. Nur 10 min vom wunderschönen Städtchen Landau entfernt. Unser Grundstück ist ca. 2200 qm groß und die Wohnung liegt direkt an unserem sehr großen naturbelassenen Garten. Dort kann man sich nach Herzenslust erholen, lesen, spielen..... .Gerne begrüßen wir Kinder und freundliche Vierbeiner.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Pfälzerwald und Weinstraße sowie Rhein und Elsass. Die kleine aber feine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung "Am Herrengarten" liegt am Ortsrand von Ingenheim, je nach Bepflanzung mit Blick in die Landschaft neben unserem Haus. Teilnutzung des Gartens ist möglich. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar sparzieren gehen, wandern und mit dem Rad fahren. Für die Fahrräder unterzustellen, ist ein extra Gartenhaus vorhanden.

The vacation home is located in the center of Billigheim, in the beautiful Southern Palatinate. From here, hikes and bike tours can be planned. The cozy house (85 m²) is equipped with two bedrooms and suitable for 2-4 people. The kitchen has the basic equipment for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, ceramic stovetop with oven, toaster, kettle and egg cooker and a Senseo coffee maker.
