We had a lovely break in Saltburn but Peter’s place absolutely made it for us. Even though it is a huge apartment, it felt cosy. The beds were so comfortable. And a well equipped kitchen. We loved enjoying a morning coffee taking in the view, and my nephew enjoyed beating everyone at air hockey! Highly recommend Peter’s accommodation, and we’ll definitely be back.

Great place to stay in the centre of Whitby

This is a great place to stay , Ollie was always available for advice and a chat . The apartment/ flat was clean comfortable and practical. The garden is an amazing place and well worth a visit. I’ve no doubt that I’ll go back there .

We have family in the area, but have never stayed in Yarm. What a delight! There’s an old Norman church up an adjacent footpath, next to a pub serving delicious Thai food. There are footpaths along the Tees, with a large park on the Eaglescliffe side. Restaurants abound, and the energy is palpable. A real treat!

Thank you for such a lovely stay. Your place is lovely and spacious and we all felt at home. We would be happy to come again.

Great Location, Great value and wonderful Host. This is perfect with having a little one being on the ground floor. Quick 5 minute walk and you’re straight down into the main stretch of Whitby. Would recommend

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. We had a wonderful stay at the Photographer’s House! The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket, thank you. The view is stunning! We spent hours on the patio, soaking up the sunshine and taking it all in. The host, Ashley, was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d love to come back again!

We were a group of nine celebrating a 60th and couldn't fault our trip to Upsall Cottage. Communication was excellent Phil guided us on where to go with great advice also explained everything about the house. We were delighted with the table set up for our gathering and the provisions provided were fabulous, beer, wine, pizzas , pods for the coffee maker, fruit and flowers and more. Beds were clean and comfy and rooms were super. We had an amazing time made better by Phils hospitality and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

we needed a place to stay for 3 of us as we were spending the weekend at the Beamish museum. 15 mins away it was perfect for our needs. Joan was helpful and responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better host. highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at David and Anne’s home. The house was very comfortable especially the beds. It was also very clean and beautifully furnished. They also provided very clear instructions and there was everything you need for a relaxing break. Also well situated for the town and to explore surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful cottage in a beautiful location. We had a great stay as a family of 4 and the kids especially loved having the horses in the field out the front. Lucy was a great host! We would highly recommend.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was and only 5 minutes walk to a little shop. Matthew was a great host and very helpful. The house was roomy and everything you could need was provided, lovely white fluffy towels were an unexpected bonus and appreciated. The hosts have really thought about their guests and have done their best for a very reasonable cost to make a pleasant stay.

From the moment we arrived Barry and Sue went out of their way to make us feel at home and aware of all that Richmond and its locality had to offer. The apartment was meticulously clean, so well furnished and comfortable and everything we would want for using the equipment and services as well as local guide books etc. the location was brilliant for a stay in Richmond which itself was a surprise and really enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Sara's place is a nice place to stay very handy for town and funicular down to or up from pier and front.Saltburn is a quaint place to stay for a few days,a number of nice places to eat and drink.

This is my second time staying at Grahams apartment as I find it spotlessly clean, homely and great value. Graham puts 100% into making his guests feel welcome. Thanks Graham for another great stay

Lovely and calm apartment, very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay while we were in the area to attend a wedding. The record player and nice selection of classical LPs was a great touch! Check in was super easy and with a personal touch, we picked up the keys from Fiona in their cycle shop downstairs, she was lovely! Easy parking close to the flat and short walking distance to the Market Square and Auckland Project museums. Really nice experience overall!

Great location, good base for exploring area, trains, buses etc. Flat had all I needed, wanted for nothing, comfortable, warm. Overall peaceful but near lots of pubs, bar, market etc
