Ideally located accommodation with all the comforts expected and very well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony terrace. Close to the center, shops, the beach and the GR. We were 4 adults. Beautiful place!

Being young, going up the floors (building without an elevator) didn't bother me. Apartment set back from the city center but 3 minutes walk from the pedestrian center!

Jean-Luc and his wife are lovely people, they welcomed us with a smile. The accommodation is pleasantly arranged and furnished and was spotless upon arrival. Very close to the port and old Paimpol, the studio is very well located. A binder includes all the information you need to enjoy Paimpol and its surroundings. In short, go to Jean-Luc's, you'll be fine!

Accommodation matches photos and description, very quiet place perfect for spending a few nights as a couple. We were there at the end of the tourist season and no regrets, well maybe one, not staying longer. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent stay for two in Isa's studio: perfectly clean and equipped, spacious terrace well oriented, very quiet and ideally located residence (a few minutes walk from the sea and shops in the center), all close to an exceptional natural setting (Cap d'Erquy, Cap Frehel). We'll be back at Isa's, that's for sure!

We had a very pleasant stay in Arnaud's beautiful apartment: Functional, bright and perfectly located to discover this pretty little seaside town. The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Very nice apartment!! Very bright! Very clean! Great shower! Very good bedding and ambient light TV! Small balcony but very appreciable with the table and 2 chairs! The garage is a plus for unloading the car with elevator!! Very quiet residence!

We had a pleasant stay in Saint-Brieuc, partly thanks to the accommodation. This apartment is well located with stunning views over the rooftops of Saint-Brieuc. The apartment is comfortable, nothing missing The hosts are very responsive, and even very very accommodating in case of problems (like an oversight, or a change). We would highly recommend it. Nice little modern studio ideal for 2 people, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and with everything you need to do dishes and others (toilet paper, garbage bag, sponges, product for the washing machine...). Flexible check-in time and very good welcome. Coming with an Australian Shepherd dog, as exchanged at the time of booking, it was no problem. The location is ideal, right next to the beautiful beach and local shops. The city is well located for visiting the different spots of the Emerald Coast. Be careful though, the street is busy, you can hear cars passing from the apartment and it is quite difficult to capture the 4g (SFR network) from inside the accommodation.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

I had a great stay with my 2 young children. Impeccable apartment, very nice and very well located, close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket... Easy to access with parking space right next door. We were even able to eat outside on the small terrace. Pleasant host and good communication. I highly recommend. My children and I really enjoyed it. Nice site nearby: Fort la latte, cap frehel...

Very well located apartment in the heart of St Cast with nice walks within walking distance as well as to explore the area. Very bright, very clean and well-equipped apartment with private parking. We had a great week.
