Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Biograd na Moru

It was a great stay. The hot tub was the highlight. We would come back.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

The location of the place is great. There is direct beach access via the host's property. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are also very easy to reach by car. Zadar itself is about 20 minutes away by car. The accommodation is super well maintained and the kitchen is super equipped. Everything you need is there. The hostess was always available and fulfilled every wish. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, which of course was used a lot. I can only recommend the listing! We'd love to come back.

We had an incredible 11 nights at Villa Lea. The house was stunning, modern and everything felt very fresh. The hosts were attentive and met us on arrival to show us around, they didn’t mind that our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. The pool was great and the kids play area was just what our little ones needed. We had a slight issue with uber drivers not finding the property due to their mapping system but local taxi companies were no problem at all.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

Staying in this home was absolutely outstanding. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped – especially the kitchen, where there was absolutely nothing missing, which was very important for a larger group. A space designed with a lot of attention to detail, plus this beautiful view of the valley that you can admire from both the deck and the comfortable sun loungers. The kids loved it – they spent most of their time in the pool or on the available trampoline. For adults, a great place to relax was a room with a hot tub and a sauna – perfect for an evening break. There's plenty of outdoor space to grill and hang out together, and an added highlight was the ping pong table. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful – they took care of every aspect of our stay, making us feel really cared for. The house is located in a convenient location – not far from the sea, Zadar and Šibenik, which allowed for interesting trips. We recommend it with all my heart!

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

Super nice place with lots of space and opportunities for activities. Attractions are quickly accessible by car. There was everything you could ever need. Thanks for a great stay!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room.
