The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

This very comfy, 650 SF 1-bedroom house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very QUIET neighborhood up on a hill. The property has good views of the canyon and the ocean in the background. It sits on a half acre lot across the street from the beautiful Kate Sessions Park where you'll find some great hiking trails and killer views of downtown, Mission Bay and SeaWorld. Completely renovated in Jan'23 & located in a very quiet area of Pacific Beach. Partying or being loud is not tolerated. One bedroom cottage w/ its own private outdoor space & yard, roof top deck, A/C & gated parking. Gated private entrance, easy self check-in & 4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards. Neighbors have been doing construction for over a year on their home so there is still some noise on occasion, but they don't seem to work many days of the week.
