Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Birgu

We had a good stay at Jake’s Airbnb. Everything was as described and he was responsive when we had any questions. The location is really great - right near the ferry to Valletta and lots of buses too. The place is as described and we especially appreciated the washing machine after a few swims. Thanks for a nice stay!

We loved our stay at strawberry Field farm house! Elias was incredibly welcoming and the house was beautiful. It was spotless tastefully decorated and a very relaxing place to stay. The rooftop Terrace was also beautiful - stunning views to sit out and enjoy the hot tub. We would definitely recommend it and would love to go back. We also highly recommend Bottega Frawli restaurant.

We visited Malta for a friend’s wedding and wanted somewhere nearby the venue that was reasonably price and we definitely found that with this place. It was 5 minutes walk from the venue and was worth the price for the location and the beauty of the property. Sabrina was so helpful at all times and gave us recommendations and was just genuinely lovely. There is a restaurant directly opposite the house which we ate in regularly. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived earlier than check in and Eman is an angel- he went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after from the moment we arrived. And with an unforgettable local rosé! On top of that the apartment is beautifully spacious, comfortable, has all amenities, great location and the rooftop is a cherry on top. The place is filled with the host’s positive energy everywhere. Highly recommend would easily return. Thanks so much!

What a wonderful place to stay! The place was in the heart of Valletta, so you could walk everywhere. The space felt so comfortable it truly felt like home. The hosts were always attentive and ready to help, offering great recommendations for places to visit and things to do. A wonderful experience at this Airbnb — we’ll definitely come back someday. I highly recommend it because it truly has everything you need.

This is a pristine apartment in a charming neighborhood that is walking distance from Valletta. I am so glad I stayed here and not in Valletta. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. It is quite spacious and very quiet day and night. The hosts are communicative and send helpful information every step of the way. They are true professionals that have thought of everything. They have definitely earned my 5 star rating.

Jaime was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated with some lovely quirky features. Great location for restaurants and waterfront just five minutes walk away. We had a great stay, thank you Jaime.

We had the best time staying here during our first-ever visit to Malta! The local area is so vibrant and buzzing and Valletta is only a 20-minute walk or so down the road! The apartment itself (balcony and outdoor terrace downstaires included) are STUNNING and the decor is some of the best we've seen in an AirBnB! Thomas' recommendations were spot on and he was kind enough to give us a late check-out as we had a very late fly the day we were leaving. Honestly 10/10, would love to come back and stay here again! The apartment was in a very beautiful spot in Birgu, and we could easily access La Valeta by boat. Apartment was clean and perfect for us: 4 friends with4 beds, 2 bathrooms and a practical kitchen with a lovely small terrace. Quite surroundings with Birgu port nearby. To recommend!

Bert’s place was extremely peaceful with amazing views of Valletta across the water. Place was clean and tidy with all the amenities you need as a base to explore Malta. The apartment is a 10min walk to ferries and other buses. We loved having the spacious rooftop terrace to enjoy relaxed mornings and make our own breakfast and coffees as well as enjoy beautiful sunset views with wine in the evening. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived however Bert and his team worked quickly to resolve the issue and were extremely responsive. Appreciated Bert’s clear video instructions on how to enter the building which made us feel comfortable as we arrived late in the evening. Quick walk with loads of restaurant options nearby. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend as the roof terrace is a standout feature. Thank you Bert and team :)

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Ferry to Valletta and loads of tours all walkable. Apartment very comfortable for 4 adults both bedrooms en-suite. Fantastic views from balcony and having a hot tub was an added bonus. Jean-Pierre is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Lots of recommendations. Lovely welcoming basket of fresh fruit, pastries, water and sparkling wine!!

A lovely, comfortable apartment in an Old Townhouse with easy access to all Valletta has to offer. We also enjoyed access to the lounge and balcony on the floor above with views over city rooftops and the Mediterranean. The terrace also has impressive views of the Church Dome and Cathedral Spire to the rear. These landmarks dominate views of Valletta from the sea and are wonderful lit up at night. Michelle is a great host, fun to be around and her cats are the best behaved we have ever encountered. She is very discreet and respectful of your privacy. We would happily stay there again.

We had an incredible stay at Alex and Lucia’s apartment in the heart of historic Malta. From the moment we booked, communication with them was excellent—they provided prompt and helpful responses to all our questions, including travel options around Malta. The apartment was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean,and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—including a fantastic coffee machine that we made great use of! The real highlight, however, was the truly breathtaking balcony views, where we spent countless hours taking in the scenery. Location-wise, the apartment was perfect, making bus and ferry travel incredibly convenient. With several local food stores nearby we had easy access to everything we needed. As for dining, the neighborhood offered a fantastic range of restaurants, catering to every taste and budget. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay, and we hope to return in the future.

Where do I start? This has to be one of the best airbnbs I’ve ver been to. Not only was the apt perfectly accommodating but Roger was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The apartment sits on the water with immaculate views of Spinola Bay. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants, clubs, and water access points. Most definitely worth the money, and will absolutely be coming back.

Caroline was such a great host, she left us a folder full of contacts for food and things to do round Malta. Great location as there are restaurants and shops near by and even good transport links. Gadeira bay being 10mins away on the bus.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, plus some lovely extras like fresh coffee and an ironing board. The washing machine’s 15-minute cycle was especially handy for a quick turnaround of clothes. The views from the apartment were extraordinary, both during the day and at night. We didn’t use any of the common areas of the apartment block and wouldn’t have used the pool, so we can’t comment on those. The apartment was ideal for our holiday. We had a car and spent our 10-day stay exploring Gozo and Malta with ease. We would happily stay again if the mattress is replaced—it was very, very uncomfortable. Aside from that it was a great stay. Thank you!

Very nice apartment, in the middle of a lively area. If you like to go out and party, while being nearby, this is the perfect place to stay. Plus, the place is perfectly equipped. Finally, our host was very responsive when we had trouble finding the place, and when we had questions about the listing or activities we were looking for. Thank you very much Jane!!! We had a lovely stay here, the penthouse is fab! The roof terrance is a really good touch, a lovely pool / bbq and amazing views. As hosts both Daniel and Svetlana were super responsive and helpful. Always on hand to help out. Would recommend if you like your own space and enjoy a sea view. It’s a lovely walk into town where there are nice restaurants and ice creams and in the other direction there are several great swimming spots with two beach bars seeing food and drink. Would highly recommended :)

Absolutely stunning apartment! Convenient location for the airport and a perfectly situated central location for day trips around the island. Great for family groups travelling together. Catherine is a wonderful host and was so friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we only booked to stay for one night, everything was so perfect, we wished we'd booked to stay for longer!

Matthew was very responsive when we had any questions, I had trust that if we needed anything he’d be there to help. The apartment is in a great location very close to the sea, and near bus stops for easy travel. A highlight was some great recommendations and the booklet in the apartment.
