Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ,1 großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Bitte beachten : keine Küche . Küche befindet sich aktuell in Bau. Kaffee+Tee ist gratis. Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle , Kaffee- und Wasserkocher vorhanden. 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

Wohnen im Wolkensteiner Hof

In dieser Wohnung (Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, Küche, Essbereich, offenes Arbeitszimmer, Bad) werdet Ihr Euch wohl fühlen. Das historische Gebäude gehört zu einem ehemaligen Rittergut, dessen Anfänge auf das 17. Jahrhundert zurück gehen. Das Haus wurde aufwendig restauriert. Am höchsten Punkt der Altstadt gelegen, genießt Ihr einen großartigen Panorama- Blick. Von hier lassen sich perfekt Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald, nach Baden-Baden und das Elsass unternehmen.

Gemütliches Tiny House Apartment

Das kleine süße Tiny House wurde 2019 voll renoviert und neu eingerichtet. In unter 30 qm befindet sich im modernen Häuschen alles, was man benötigt - ganz nach dem aktuellen Tiny House Stil. Platziert im Tor zum Murgtal sind sowohl der Schwarzwald als auch Städte wie Baden-Baden und Karlsruhe schnell zu erreichen. Historie: Erbaut wurde das Grundstück ab 1920 und war bis zu den Anfang 2000er ein kleiner Getränkemarkt. Das Tiny House wurde vor dem Umbau als Lager / Verkaufshaus genutzt.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. key compartment, free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Enjoy your stay in this fully equipped, spacious apartment. The Northern Black Forest nature reserve is only a few kilometers away and offers many excursion options. Bus and train are five minutes' walk away. The magnificent Caracalla thermal baths in Baden-Baden are 15 minutes away by car. It is about 28 minutes to Baden Airport or Karlsruhe main station. Die ca. 70qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Ortskern von Haueneberstein, einem Stadtteil von Baden-Baden. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine Küche mit Essbereich, ein Bad mit Dusche, separates WC und eine kleine Terrasse. Ein eigener Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem separaten Eingang. Die Innenstadt von Baden-Baden erreicht man mit dem Auto oder Bus in 15-20min.

Next supermarket 5 min. by car in the neighboring village.
