Only 25 m from the pedestrian bridge where is the famous Promenade promenade along the river Drava, near the famous swimming area "Copacabana". Across the street from the property is the Park Perivoj of King Tomislav and several tennis courts. From the property you have only 250 m to the main market and 500 m to the fortress and the center. Possibility of free parking in the yard. A dead end that doesn't charge parking!

A detached apartment with its own entrance and yard. Two kilometers away from the Zagreb-Osijek highway, exit in Josipovac. Near the Drava river. An international cycling route along the Drava river passes through Josipovac and near the Eurovelo 13 and 16 routes, private parking in front of the building and in the yard. A city bus runs every half hour to the city of Osijek. It takes 10 minutes by car to the center of Osijek. There are several supermarkets within 5 km and a large green market in the center of Osijek.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
