After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were very kindly and warmly greeted by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We were greeted by a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy was the sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy veranda and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Definitely one of the most beautiful holiday homes we've been to so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the vacation home was very nicely furnished and the communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

Great place and great host

Clean and fresh and very cozy accommodation, the whole family really enjoyed it! The host responds quickly and we were well received.

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 6 adults. Furnished with great attention to detail, almost a museum, but with all the comforts. In good weather, the large, well-equipped terrace is the highlight, and a garden shower also provides cooling. Accompanied by birdsong, especially the cuckoo, we enjoyed the peace, but also the activities (canoe tour, Dessau, cycling,....). Thank you!

This house was cozy and clean and peaceful. The location was perfect for our visit to Wittenberg, about a 10-minute drive, and we loved going to the lake in the evening. Everything was very clean and there were cute little things like fairy lights, no clutter, but little things that made our children smile. New and clean bathroom.

I had already been in the apartment before. Everything was completely okay, everything you need was available. Quiet environment and for me a very short walk to work, because of which I stayed there. I'd love to come back.

We immediately felt comfortable and welcome :) Leipzig is worth a trip and best with these great hosts :) The accommodation was perfect (we were at the gymnastics festival) to reach by public transport and also the event points were very easy to reach (conference hall at the zoo, sports forum, festival grounds, etc.) Restaurants and shopping were also within walking distance. We also had a very good place, whether to play or sleep (grandfather and grandfather in a separate room), me and my 2 kids (3 years and 9 months) in the other room with a travel cot), then with the balcony to sit outside very cozy. Elias (3 years old) loved the slide in the garden and had a lot of fun with the daughter (who was too short for Elias :)) We wish you all the best and thank you again for everything. We stayed 4 nights at Iakov with our daughter. We liked it very much, the location right at the zoo in the city and yet quiet, as it faces the courtyard. The parking space is perfect, unfortunately a little tricky with a large car, but an experienced driver can do it. The communication with Iakov was very friendly and the check-in also worked smoothly. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of wine on the table, wonderful. We can recommend the apartment and will definitely come back :-)

Thank you for using your great apartment. Communication was always spontaneous. It was not a pleasure to spend a strenuous work week with the advantages of this accommodation.

Wonderful flat in the heart of halle ! Exquisite furniture , every piece is in the right place , every space is well organized, overall the flat is really cute and super super cleaned . On top of this you are walking distance from everything ! Check in / out and communications we’re perfect !

The flat is very well-situated, in a quiet street close to the train station and city center. The two bikes are in a very good state, and this is so nice to ride to discover Leipzig ! The flat is very clean, well furnished with two big rooms and a well-equiped kitchen. Just two warnings for sensitive persons: it slightly smells cigarette and there is no shutters (only curtains) (day light comes early in june !)

The apartment is so beautiful and clean. The terrace is great for sitting and having breakfast outside. It is located in a quiet area and there are always parking spaces in front of the door. The apartment has external roller blinds. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is within walking distance. Buses and trains also leave very close. The Saturday market takes place directly across the street, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee very relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Our stay at Larissa's place was straightforward and fully met our expectations. Especially the roof terrace is very nice.

While the pictures used on Airbnb were accurate, it’s an even prettier space when you arrive. Bea was super responsive and helpful and flexible when I needed to adjust the duration of my stay. I would definitely stay here again and thank Bea for her help with accommodations during my stay.

The apartment is not far from the center, so you can easily reach everything on foot. The neighborhood is very quiet, we did not notice any noise during our stay. The accommodation is very clean and in very good condition. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook something yourself. All in all, we are very satisfied and will book the apartment again for future stays.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and also well maintained and clean. The location is good, even if there is not much going on around it, you can quickly reach many great corners from here. The balcony is sunny and protected by the chestnut tree. Loved it. We would recommend the apartment to our family and friends.
