The guest house "Gittes guesthouse" is located in Häggvik, in the heart of the High Coast. The small house is a stone's throw to the jetty and about 150 meters to the marina. On the front, there is a small balcony in a sunny location. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Basic kitchen equipment is available. TV is available with access to Telia's "big package." A Chromecast is also available for those who want to stream from their mobile. WiFi included.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cottage is located in the middle of Nordingråvallen, right next to ICA and a pizzeria. Bowling alley with gym and playground for the kids is a short walk away. The location is optimal for excursions throughout the World Heritage. The nice World Heritage Trail starts right at the property. Skuleberget is 30 minutes away by car and Mannaminne a few kilometers by bike along beautiful Vågsfjärden.

Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August 2027 only booking Sunday-Sunday.
