Unique tree house by the lake

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. Visit the nice ice rink that stretches between the southern and northern ports inside Luleå. Are you perhaps one of the lucky ones who gets to experience the magical northern lights?

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

You can see Torne river and hear the rapids.

Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. The guest house is part of "The Mayors Yard", a plot dating back to when the 1600s were young and where the family, after 12 generations, still lives. Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to help.

Välkomna till Casa Alice. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. Poolen är öppen 15 juni - 7 september. Under vintern, 15 oktober - 15 maj finns inget rinnande vatten i stugan. Vi lämnar 70 liter vatten i stugan vid ankomst. Vi tar emot maximalt 4 gäster under de kallaste vintermånaderna. Stugan är till salu.
