Everything was perfect in the house and the views were amazing.

This was my second time coming to Sarah’s cottage, came for new years and had to come back to check it out in a different season and it did not disappoint! The location is great with lots to do (winery up the hill has amazing pizza) cute shops down the street and site seeing. The cottage is cozy and you feel right at home, even on a rainy day. Hot tub is great and it’s Clean and inviting. Sarah is a great host and was always responsive! Can’t recommend enough!

Best kept secret in the lake of the isles. Love this place and wish it was mine. but I have to share with the rest of you. Thank you for an amazing stay.

An awesome place to stay. Loved the fact that we all had queen size, very comfortable beds. It was so nicely decorated , clean, organized and had everything you would need. The place exuded warmth, was inviting, and although it was big, felt very cozy. Lana was an exceptional host, friendly yet professional, easy to contact and quick to respond, helpful and truly wanted her guests to have a wonderful, fun and relaxing holiday. The golf course was great and the fishing excellent!

Perfect Spot for a Girls’ Getaway! Four of us girlfriends stayed here for a weekend and had the most wonderful time! The space was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. We loved hanging out in the cozy living area, sipping coffee on the balcony with lake views, and having our own comfortable rooms to unwind. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close cute local cafes and shops in the neighborhood. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and felt super safe and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend for a girls’ trip or a relaxing escape from Toronto!

I was here for a fall visit so could not take full advantage of the wonderful lake location but would love to come back in the summer to fully enjoy this location. We did have the chance to go on an afternoon kayak which was great fun and absolutely beautiful with the fall foliage! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and utensils as well as a few spices. We cooked a lot and I brought all ingredients and condiments I needed and I would recommend you do the same. Shop before hand as there is not a grocery store nearby. The location is right across the street from a Circle K but the house is nestled far back from the road with a garage out front so the gas station and all it's buzz were not at all noticeable. The living room was arranged awkwardly and with some tired furniture and the TV is actually in the dining room. If you were a large group trying to watch a movie or gather in the living room this would be a bit challenging. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Beautiful space and great location for our crew that was working in Kemptville. Easy to find and get back and forth. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend ~ blessed with beautiful sunshine and lots to do !!! Cozy rustic cabin vibes ! We had a couple days without the use of the boat ~ but John was able to fix it and we enjoyed it the day we had it - it was a great addition . Host are gracious and kind ~ we are already thinking about coming back next memioral day !

If anyone is looking for the perfect getaway spot with family and friends, this lovely river retreat has it all!! Gorgeous property, loads of space for guests to gather together or all have their own little small magical experiences. This home has everything that could be asked for. Location was easy to find and access, yet felt fully private and removed from the rest of the world. This place is set up for entertaining and relaxing, I was impressed from the moment we opened the door. The house is spacious, airy, and incredibly comfortable. Everyone felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, whatever you can think of was there, and the bedding and furniture were so fresh and comfortable. Extras everywhere! Our hostess Julie was amazing to communicate with. From our very detailed access instructions, to responding quickly to any questions, she made this weekend a phenomenal one. Julie has created a riverside oasis for any group big or small, and we would happily come back!

Kim is a great host. We needed to make a couple last minute inite adjustments and she helped make that happen. The cottage is cozy and reminded me of places my parents used to take us too when I was a kid many years ago. Gas stove, full size fridge, and all the basic pots and pans to cook dinner. Large fans and multiple windows keep the air fresh and moving for a great night's sleep.

We had an amazing stay at Sean’s place. The host was fast to respond and very helpful. The location was beautiful and we loved being able to have a fire or two while we were there. The house was perfect and everything was very clean! I would definitely stay here again!!

The place was beautiful and very spacious. We had a wedding to attend and it was only 15 minutes for the venue. We were able to feel at home here and enjoy our time while celebrating one of most beautiful days for our friends. Christopher was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We appreciate being able to stay here and will be staying again if we are ever in the area!

We had a wonderful time here! Michaels place is a treasure trove of antiques and artwork that made the place feel magical. The house itself was clean. Michael was easy to get ahold of when needed and it was a great time. :)

We had great communication from our hosts, they were very accommodating and they were concerned about our needs. The house was as described and we didn't lack for anything. This is a beautiful part of the world and there is plenty to do if you are outdoor oriented. The house is fairly isolated even though it is located on a golf course. We will stay again if we are back in the area.

This was a great place to stay for a family who wants to have a great time. It was very accommodating and a spacious place to stay. As soon as we walked in we saw how clean and nice it was kept. Finally it had everything we needed for our everyday needs, including kitchen utensils, soap and towels.

Clean, roomy and great location for our annual family trip. It was great to have Oak Point bay right outside the front porch and easy access to the public swimming dock.

We stayed in Shannon’s home in Colton … it was perfect. The place was spacious and spotless, the views were amazing… Shannon was very friendly and easy to communicate with… Thank you Shannon for sharing your home with us… It was an incredible weekend celebrating our son’s graduation from Clarkson.

We had an amazing stay at the Boathouse. The house is situated right on the water in a very quiet area with gorgeous views. The house was very welcoming, very clean and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved the extra towels, the extra supplies in the medicine cabinet and the cooking supplies like oil and spices and coffee and filters. We liked that there were ice trays, games, extra outdoor seating, kayaks to use and laundry on site. We were happy to have some blankies for the couch, loved the space in the bathroom with the extra racks, the storage cart and the bench, and it was a plus to have the shelving and extra space to unpack in the bedrooms! The storage area at front door was also a plus for coats, purses, shoes, etc., allowing the space to stay neat and organized.

Autumn's little bungalow was absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay during our daughter's graduation. It was only 30 min to SUNY Canton and a simple straight route I greatly appreciated not being familiar with the area. The view right on the river was beautiful even with the rainy/cloudy weather. The home was super clean and so welcoming. It was peaceful and serene. Autumn was quick to respond with any and all questions I had. Hopefully we will get another chance to stay as my daughter finishes her final year to graduate again with her full degree. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for any and all colleges in the area. Thank you again Autumn!!

Amazing spot to catch a sunrise in Chaumont Bay! Wonderful, tranquil spot in a tight-knit neighborhood. Spacious house with room for a few parties. Host is super great to work with. Will be back soon.

The view out of the back looking over Chippewa Bay is break taking at sunset. We absolutely loved that. The house was rustic and there was plenty of parking for our 3 trucks and boats. It was nice because lots of the little essentials like sandwich bags are already there.
