The Camp at Willow Brook: a Modest Rural Retreat

Two bedroom, 1 bath cabin nestled in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains beside Waggys Creek. The cabin, originally built as a mountain family getaway, has recently been renovated as an Airbnb for those seeking outdoor activities and tranquility. The rustic cabin is also accompanied by a picnic shelter with a working rock fireplace, loft, and an additional outdoor bathroom (in season). Approximately 2 acres of field and partially wooded property are available to guests. No pets.

The Homestead

Escape to this modern log cabin in the woods of West Virginia. Situated on the West Virginia-Maryland border, it was built in 2016 and offers a reprieve from city living. It is isolated (no window treatments; see photos) and features a light-filled open master bedroom loft, large shower, two additional bedrooms, and a hot tub. You are completely secluded in the woods, yet it is only 30 miles from WVU's Mountaineer Field and 13 miles from Wisp Resort. We hope to host you!

Cabin G at Abrams Creek

Cabin G is a rustic camping cabin in the woods, overlooking the creek- no plumbing or AC power. It has heat, battery-powered permanent lighting and a private portapotty. Outside there is a private fire pit and picnic table, and a charcoal grill and a propane tabletop stove are available at no charge. The cabin is furnished with beds, chairs, table, couch, and nightstand. Showerhouse and outdoor showers are near the main lodge, or inside lodge during the cold season.

Lost River Hideout

The leaves are turning early this year. Venture into wild or stay cozy by our fireplace and marvel at fall colors through our huge living room windows. Beyond the cabin only the vast GW National Forest. Our cabin offers all modern amenities including high speed wifi, central air, and a gourmet kitchen. Keep your eyes open for wildlife. The cabin is a stone throw from lakes and endless trails. But be warned - you may not wish to leave once you put your feet up!
