Close to a supermarket and a grocery store 50 meters away, as well as the dunes. Stylish apartment located on the sixth floor with a balcony, comprising a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom (150-cm Emma mattress) overlooking the back of the building.

This penthouse apartment has a beautiful terrace with a sublime view of the marina and the sun from morning to late afternoon. After that, there is sun on the spacious terrace at the back. The beach is around the corner within 2 minutes walking distance. There is a Nespresso, a combination microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer, an induction hob, automatic roller shutters in the bedroom, a spacious walk-in shower, a smart TV, and everything for a fun day at the beach! Towels (not for the beach!) and sheets are provided.
