This exclusive terraced house Malo Misto in Ruskamen, Lokva Rogoznica offers a perfect destination for families and friends, with three large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunlit living room with a sea and pool view, 2 balconies with trampoline, a spacious terrace with a private pool, sunbeds, coffe table, chairs and sun umbrella, and a barbeque on the ground floor. Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
