Capacity for 5 people. - On the ground floor, the living area is 63 m². It includes an open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is also a lounge area with a TV and stereo system, and a wood-burning fireplace. There is a separate toilet. - Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Outside, there is a paved terrace.

Located in the courtyard of an active farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai, 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.
