We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

This was a fantastic place to stay, just off the M1, yet in the former village of Broughton, so very attractive surroundings and open space to walk my dog. It's also very convenient for visiting the centre of Milton Keynes, I was going to the theatre, which is ten minute drive, I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely quirky cottage with spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very well equipped and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Had a very relaxed one night stay. Great that the check out time was 12pm, much appreciated. Many thanks.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We returned to this accomodation after staying in it a couple of years ago as we really appreciated the flexible check in and how beautiful the location/ barn were. Extremely peaceful area and very clear instructions on how to find/ get in - would highly recommend.

Lovely stay- perfect for our girls get away. Comfortable and relaxing.. plenty of room for 5 people. Communal style bedroom was different but worked for our group. Many thanks Steve!

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

Lovely place to visit, easy to reach Cambridge, friendly hosts and great amenities

We had a lovely break here whilst visiting family nearby, Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, absolutely gorgeous area and all round welcoming atmosphere. Stuart even kindly installed WiFi for us- as signal is hit and miss in the area. Very clean Caravan as well and well equipped. A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

Really lovely stay. Extremely pristine and private airbnb, perfect for dogs and so peaceful! If your only knowledge of the English countryside is from romantic movies, then this is pretty much 100% as dreamy as you would hope. Angela was always available and responded in an extremely timely manner. We have stayed in many places that claim the pool is heated only to be disappointed. This pool was so warm we could swim in 18c weather on a cloudy day. We loved everything about our stay and the kitchen is very generously stocked with knives, cutting boards, kitchen scissors, etc. We could not recommend this airbnb and the hosts enough! The neighbours are also so kind and warm and even suggested walking routes for us and the dog. Don’t hesitate and book in now!

We had the best time, the pool is amazing!! The time slots were ideal and work really well- great pool for adults and children. Beautiful cottage, lovely gardens-we felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble for Bridget. The children have now also found a new love for tennis! We def hope to return … 10 out of 10 from us!!

This was such a beautiful little home and lead to a wholesome weekend of laughs and memory making. Richard and Nicky were both very responsive and proactive in getting us settled. The cottage is just as magical as the photographs and provided an enchanting weekend in, what felt like, a little witches hut! Magical from start to finish. Thank you <3

Our first Air BnB and what a great little place. We live reasonably local so have travelled through Turvey numerous times and we only stayed one night as had to vacate our house for a kids party. The place was immaculate with lots of small touches, gadgets and everything you need (better equipped than a lot of other places we have stayed). We had a minor query which Philip was quick to respond even though he was away. Never tried the fireplace as the weather was so good but managed a beautiful walk out around the village and the surrounding countryside. Highly recommend.

Hannah’s place was perfect for me and my dog for a wedding in the local area. The accommodation was perfect and in a beautiful setting. It was stunning, the host was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. So lucky to have stayed here. Would recommend to anyone! x

We visit the area each year to see friends and have discovered this is the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. It's spacious and comfortable in a quiet location with lots of thoughtful extras. The most special place to us! We visited here a few years ago when my partner asked me to be his girlfriend and fell in love with it, me and my partner booked again, for a few days of our favourite little hut and relaxed vibes with me being pregnant ! He popped the question! It's so beautiful, relaxing and st Neots is beautiful alongside the lovely little local pubs and towns. A day to Cambridge is always a lovely drive and a great day out! The hot tub is perfect and situated so you can overlook the beautiful fields and watch sunrise and sunset! The cows Nd sheep just make it It's perfect clean and beautiful, a lovely personal space ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We will be back again with our newest member when they arrive ❤️

Very sweet peaceful getaway - perfect for our needs. Rosemary and Philip were very attentive and full of good advice. The studio was full of character, very comfortable living space and the kitchen was great for cooking.
