Bedroom very quiet to the garden side. The apartment is located in an upscale residential area close to the university, in the immediate vicinity of the HTW. Very nice, large, 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen with living and dining room. In both rooms there is a double bed. On request, an additional single bed can be provided in one of the two rooms. The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating.

Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.
