Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

Don’t hesitate to book this Airbnb! I’m also an Airbnb Superhost, so I’m pretty picky lol and not only did we feel right at home, but the location is AMAZING. The location is walkable to everything Newport has to offer. We are a family of four with two young children, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is very well appointed, having laundry was a huge bonus, the space is very clean, and the home itself has so much charm. Highly recommend 5 STARS thanks Lindsay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alan & Alexis’ place was lovely. Exactly like the pictures and so many amenities like coffee machine, baby cribs, high chair, toys and was well stocked with coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc to make your stay just like st home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great and very quiet looking over the ocean. The house was very clean. Would definitely return! Highly recommend

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

We had a wonderful family stay a this home to visit some local kid attractions including the aquarium. Hope is a fantastic host - great communication, friendly and accommodating. The house itself was roomy for our group. It was clean and very well appointed with all the basics you need to be comfortable. The four king sized beds was really nice. No fighting over rooms! Our kids enjoyed the chalk and bubbles that were left outside and playing in the yard. The deck is also a nice space although we didn’t get to use it due to weather. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house is so lovely, we had the best time! The amenities are exceptional. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were able to cook dinner every night. The parc nearby is really nice! We hope to book again someday.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

Great hidden little gem in MTK, close to town. Perfect space inside, and out. Pet friendly was an extreme plus. Will be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - very peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully appointed and well- stocked. The pool is fantastic and was kept quite warm during a chilly Memorial day weekend. Ann Marie (host) is kind and communicative. We'd definitely return!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

Went with family for a weekend trip. Tracy and Patrick’s home is lovely, very beautiful and well maintained. And everyone enjoyed including my kid who found a lot of toys to play.

The house was perfect for my family. I loved the convenience of the one-floor layout and way it allows views of the pool and deck from the almost everywhere so we could enjoy it even when the weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't swim. The family /living room was comfortable and great for relaxing or watching a film. The lower level playroom was great fun with ping pong and billiards set up in two areas. We found everything we needed including electric outlets where you need them. The location was great for us and our rides to Montauk and the other towns in the area for museums and restaurants and views. The only thing less than perfect was low water pressure in the master bath sinks and shower, which Abigail said the plumber was addressing. She was extremely responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home in a quite peaceful area . Note that it is a little difficult to find if you are traveling at night but John was very helpful in giving directions. Bed was VERY comfortable and house had all the basic amenities you would need from kitchen supplies to personal hygiene items you may have forgotten to bring yourself. Would highly recommend to other guests.

We really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the guest suite. Being in the countryside was a big plus for us. The hosts were lovely and available if we needed anything. We truly had everything we needed in their comfortable little guest house.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

Emily is a gracious host and easy to communicate with. The property is very peaceful, set on the water on a mostly dirt road yet still close to the highway. Everything you need there to enjoy your time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. the location is great -- walkable to a lot of the restaurants and shops in town and the ferry. The Airbnb is as described -- bring your own sheets and towels. I felt like the price was really good compared to other places on the island. very clean, comfortable beds.

The Radio Room is a delightful one-room suite, complete with a very well-stocked kitchen & a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is the perfect size for the space, and the nautical themed decor is absolutely charming. The beach nearby is beautiful, and we saw cormorants fishing in the salt pond up the road! The location in North Kingstown is perfect for those looking to tour some of the best beach & island attractions that Rhode Island has to offer. All-in-all, I would highly recommend the Radio Room for any individual, and for any couple accustomed to sharing close quarters.

A wonderful experience! Hope is by far the most responsive and thoughtful host I’ve ever experienced on this platform. She was very quick to answer our questions before and during our stay. The place itself felt more spacious than it looked on the pictures and was absolutely pristine and filled with light. It’s located in a quieter area of the island which we really appreciated, but the town center is still accessible by car (5 mins) or bike (10 mins). It’s located above the garage of a house but felt totally private. Highly recommend.
