Charming 60 m² accommodation, 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen, small bedroom on the ground floor and beautiful bedroom in the attic upstairs. It is a Touraine farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated, insulated with eco-friendly materials. The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.

Nous l'avons entièrement rénovée pour assurer votre confort. Vous aurez accès à tous les commerces et restaurants à pied, et vous n'aurez que le pont à traverser pour rejoindre le centre historique. Nous vous accueillerons avec beaucoup de plaisir et partagerons avec vous toutes les bonnes adresses.
