Holiday rentals with a patio in Bludenz District

Rarely experienced such a thoughtful apartment. Everything you need on site: Proper knives, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, HDMI cable - someone is thinking here! Important: The ski lift is only accessible by car (or 15-20 min.) on foot. Beautifully decorated, good amenities etc. - everything great, I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Tobias’s place, the location of the apartment is perfect for someone who loves the nature, the apartment was exactly how it is shown in the pictures, very clean and had all amenities needed. Tobias was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place.

Clemens was much faster and more communicative than me. His reference to the restaurant "Zwickmühle" was great. We enjoyed the food there very much. The chatting with the boss was also wonderful. For Golm fans who do not want to drive to the Golmerbahn, the bus connection is very good., about 300 m to the stop. The apartment itself is spacious, bright and no frills. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is pleasant. Perfect waste separation is possible and desired. We were very pleased.

Beautiful and quiet chalet in top condition. Modern and quietly furnished with everything you need. Everything very high-quality and with personal and regional charm. Everything was also perfectly clean and well organized. We felt very welcome as a family, there were plenty of opportunities for the children to play and for us adults to rest and spend a cozy holiday. Karin and her husband Walter are very nice and accommodating landlords. They were always immediately available as a contact person (although everything was so well prepared that we didn't need it at all). Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation with you. We had a great week of vacation.

The stay was very pleasant. The accommodation was very well equipped with everything it needed. The children particularly liked the many games, as well as the garden.

We were 4 adults and two kids and had a wonderful stay at this property. Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host. Communication was always fast and Stefan gave us some recommendations for good restaurants in the area. The location of the accommodation is particularly noteworthy. It's very quiet and from up there you have a wonderful view of the village of Brand and the mountains lying around. Nevertheless, you are quickly on foot in the village. The property is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the hospitality!

We were able to spend a great week skiing. The house is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. From toddler to grandparents, we quickly felt comfortable. Communication with Jürgen and Monika was straightforward, our questions were answered quickly. We will be happy to come back!

The Maisäß is really very great and lonely in the middle of nature. In the cottage, you immediately feel very comfortable and cozy. Everything is super well maintained and tidy. The equipment is very good and in the kitchen you can find everything you need for self-catering. For the enjoyment of nature outdoors, there are beautiful seating furniture and a rustic bench. The Maisäß is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Golm. The Matschitz middle station is about 20 minutes away on foot. We did without the car all week and were only on the mountain. Rebekka had prepared everything nicely and is an attentive and very friendly hostess. We will be happy to come back! Judith & Axel

We felt very comfortable in Paulina and Tobias' apartment. The two are super nice hosts. The apartment is modern and superbly equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Great accomodation :)

New and very modern apartment or house, very well equipped. Very good beds. Parking right in front of the house. Location was good for us. Transport connection is very good, also accessible by train. We felt very comfortable. Everything as described.

Everything was fine. We were very satisfied in the nicely furnished and bright apartment. All necessary utensils for cooking are available in the kitchen. Supermarkets/discount stores, electronics market, etc. all close by. I'm sure we'll be back.

Sylvia's apartment makes you feel "at home" from the first minute. This is how it happened to us and our boys from the beginning. You enter the spacious "dining room" from which all rooms are accessible and can explore the very large apartment from here. Everyone quickly found their favorite place. The apartment offers a great mix between traditional craftsmanship with cassette ceiling and intarsient tables as well as a beautiful parquet floor, coupled with a modern kitchen and actually three bathrooms PLUS a "wellness area" with sauna. In addition, a fireplace, so you want to spend cozy hours indoors, although the surrounding landscape and views make up the true charm of the apartment. Sylvia is incredibly helpful as a host and is always available to help, for example, if ALL cable cars are closed and hiking is difficult. Thanks for the great tips, we will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice time in Frastanz. The apartment is very well equipped, in the kitchen there are all the appliances and utensils you need. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. The apartment is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Feldkirch and Lichtenstein can be reached quickly by bus and train. We liked Gurtis for hiking (accessible by bus from the Mühlegasse stop).

Great appartment with enough space for a large family with 3 bedrooms. Separate and complete kitchen, cozy living room and spacious bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Close to the ski lift, basement for ski’s and shoes. Walking distance to the centre of Schruns. All in all we had a great vacation.
