Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

Die ‚12er Loft‘ befindet sich im Obergeschoss des '12er Huus' und besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum. Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

New apartment promises peace and cleanliness. Ideal starting point for skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, mountain biking and winter hiking. With good snow conditions, small, romantic ski resorts such as Gurtis, Bazora, Tschardund are minutes away. The larger ski resort Brand is 20 minutes away. The beautiful Montafon, Laternsertal or Arlberg are 30-50 minutes away (depending on the ski resort). Numerous ski tours are possible in the area.

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.
