Everything was great. A little later check-out was also not a problem. Great view of the mountain outside.

Rarely experienced such a thoughtful apartment. Everything you need on site: Proper knives, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, HDMI cable - someone is thinking here! Important: The ski lift is only accessible by car (or 15-20 min.) on foot. Beautifully decorated, good amenities etc. - everything great, I'd love to come back.

The location was great! Close to the city center and bahns. The view from the apartment and terrace was spectacular. Janet was at the apartment when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is large, cozy and spacious. We were on a ski vacation. Therefore, the ski room was very convenient. Fabian was always very accessible and his aunt too. Both were very helpful. Conveniently located apartment if you want to go skiing in St. Anton, Lech, Zürs… want to go skiing. Bus stop is right outside the front door. Gas station in the village. Conveniently, the Spar is right across the street. We will be happy to come back!

very nice stay! recommended. ideal for two, but as an adult with two children it also went well. just a pity that we could not enjoy the swimming pool because of renovation works, but Petra definitely compensated for that. perfect base for beautiful walks nearby. recommended!!!

The place was great!!! From booking to check-in to check-out, everything worked great. The booking was confirmed by the direct payment. A week before check-in, the code for the key compartment was sent, which you could finally use at check-in. We quickly found our way around the building and there was enough space in the available refrigerators for both our cold drinks and our food. An absolute highlight was both the spacious sauna and the cellar room. Although the sauna unfortunately did not work on the first day, we had extensive opportunities to occupy ourselves in the building. A short message regarding the sauna was followed by a very quick response that someone would come by the next day and take care of the sauna. Thus, it also worked without any problems and could then be used. Overall, a very attractive offer

We had a wonderful stay at the Fellner house. We were 10 adults and 5 children and the house/the division of the rooms was made for us. It is a super nice area with plenty of excursion possibilities in less than 30 minutes. We once had a problem with the warm water, but it was taken care of within a very short time and for the rest of the stay everything worked wonderfully. The furnishings of the house are also great and leave nothing to be desired. Thank you!

We were able to spend a great week skiing. The house is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. From toddler to grandparents, we quickly felt comfortable. Communication with Jürgen and Monika was straightforward, our questions were answered quickly. We will be happy to come back!

New and very modern apartment or house, very well equipped. Very good beds. Parking right in front of the house. Location was good for us. Transport connection is very good, also accessible by train. We felt very comfortable. Everything as described.

Lovely house with a stunning view!

We had a fantastic stay as three families with four small children (aged 1 to 3). The house was spotless, with everything we needed—sheets, towels, detergent, spices, appliances, and two coffee machines (filter and bean). It was great for families, and the sledges for the kids were a nice touch. The rooms vary—two are spacious and stylish, while the other two are smaller and simpler. Some floors were squeaky, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for families with sleeping babies. Communication was pleasant, but since a company manages the property instead of the host, there were occasional delays. Check-in and check-out were smooth, though early check-in wasn’t possible due to cleaning. Overall, the house offers great value for money—one of the best we’ve experienced on Airbnb. Highly recommended!

The contact with Martin was absolutely recommended, he always responded very quickly and all questions were answered. It's a nice place to stay. , A very cozy, comfortable bed, the furnishings beautiful and also practical. In the kitchen there was everything you need. Large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker kettle, etc. The bathroom ( with window) with sink, bathtub, plus a washing machine and dryer . Toilet with small sink extra. . Bathroom, toilet & kitchen are common areas. Everything was impeccably clean and everything as stated in the description. The place is on a main road, next to a diner, but it was still pleasantly quiet. The property is very easily accessible, free parking is available right in front of the house. Everything tip top. There are shops, restaurants and much more in the immediate vicinity.

Great for a low-budget accommodation. You have everything you need. Good transport links (both car and train), supermarket nearby. Communication was easy and friendly.

Unfortunately we didn’t meet Martin because it was a short stay but it was great and we enjoyed it.

I've been there several times now and the place is just great. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is good, everything is really clean and Martin a very great host.

Great place. Very clean. I didn’t realize that it was a shared accommodation with a communal kitchen and bathroom - that info was only to be found in the photos captions - but still didn’t cause any problems. Well equipped kitchen, good parking, and very clean bathroom / kitchen / common areas with the privacy of your own room. Would stay again there.

We had a wonderful week in the house. The communication with Marieke was fantastic. The house can accommodate 10 people. 4 showers and an infrared sauna (not used). Lots of toys and games. Slee that can be used in front of the door on the hill. Good beds. Nice chill area in the basement Only downside there are two toilet's both in a shower room, but yes what are you talking about….. I loved it!

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the countryside :) we felt right at home during our stay with the dog. The amenities were great, we'd love to come back!
