Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

We had such a great stay! The house is in the perfect location - close to the beach and several options for food and coffee. Everything is walkable or it's so much fun to take the included golf cart. The outdoor dining area is perfect to enjoy a meal if you don't feel like going out. The beds are all super comfortable and our daughter loved the bunk room. Katie is also super responsive and has a great binder of helpful information. We can't wait to come back ☺️

John and Paty’s beach home was snuggled in a little forest off a main road leading straight to the beach! My husband and I walked from this adorable beach house to many delicious restaurants in the area as well as to the beach during our stay. I additionally loved how cozy and clean they kept their home. We would definitely rent from them again!

Absolutely loved our stay! You cannot get a better view of the beach. Bottom floor unit just steps away from the sand. Nice beach chairs and umbrella came with the unit. They were out and ready first thing in the morning and the beach crew packed them up in the evening. Location was amazing and condo is beautifully decorated! You will not be disappointed! Definitely will be back!!

First and foremost the place was just as described. We walked in to the condo with to reveal a clean condo. We were surprised to hear that we could enter early as we arrived to town earlier that morning. Check in was a breeze. The view was amazing. I could not be happier with my experience. Kris is an A+ host that was there to help every step of the way. I highly recommend this unit for your next vacation. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Checkout was super simple and made for an easy exit to start our journey home. Thanks again Kris for being an amazing Host.
