Townhome holiday rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

Ali was the best Airbnb host I have had. She was very quick to answer any questions I had and proactively reached out with helpful messages. The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. I also love that the house included bikes so we didn’t have to deal with renting bikes when we got to town. The home is located very close to the pool and right across the street from some great food and shops. The kids especially loved the pizza, ice cream, and candy store. We had a wonderful time.

This town house located right on the beach in Miramar is prime! Loved the chair and umbrella set up for us each day and since the unit provides a set of 4 we just had to add 2 more chairs each day to accommodate our group. This was our first time renting here and we truly enjoyed it! There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and everyone had their own room & bathroom. In addition to being right on the beach, it is located near restaurants and shopping too. It is a busy area and traffic can get a bit congested, but we didn’t have too much difficulty with it. We really appreciated the modern updates and loved the patio fire pit too. The only thing needed was a dresser or unit to put folded clothes in the upstairs master suite. The open industrial hanging rod as the closet looks cute and held some hanging items fine, but we needed more than a bench for our folded clothes, swimwear, etc. Great place overall!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—just the right distance from the beach, especially with three teenage girls in tow! 😄 Every thoughtful touch made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We really enjoyed Andy’s place; using the bikes each day, playing games, pool and beach time. Andy’s place is conveniently located to everything. Even though we were on vacation, it certainly felt like the comforts of home ❤️. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed!!

This Airbnb was everything that we expected ! It was located in a perfect area that is close to all the beaches. It was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The host was very responsive and wonderful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a last minute trip to 30A for 2 adults and 4 kids. Everything was exactly as described. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning home!! If you’re staying near Destin or in Florida book this home!!! Sarah was so helpful, very responsive and kind. The home was very clean (you can tell the actually clean it and not just pick it up after people leave) the shower was huge and very relaxing. The home had comfortable sofas and beds. The location was absolutely perfect! We drove an hour to a popular beach and realized all the beaches near Sarah’s home were soo much better (less crowds and cleaner beaches) This was a perfect trip to Florida for my family and coming home to a relaxing community made it so much better. We will come back soon! Thank you Sarah!!

This was my 4th year booking with Lisa, and once again, it was a great experience! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and toys were a big bonus, especially for families. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice and never too crowded. Lisa is always a great host—responsive, kind, and consistent. Looking forward to next year already

Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s townhouse. Exactly as pictured and the beach is literally 30 steps from the back porch. Beach was almost like a private beach, just guests of the town homes unlike a 20 story condo resort. Perfect vacation for our family. Ali is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pictures were 100 % accurate and the townhome is beautiful.

Ashley’s place was awesome! I had an incredible time on the beach. It was so convenient to walk directly from the house to the beach. And dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean was simply fantastic! The house is also great. It’s well-stocked with basic cooking essentials, so if you’re up for it, you can whip up a quick meal. But if you’re not in the mood to cook, there’s a fantastic seafood restaurant just a short walk away.

Had an amazing time staying at Yung’s place! Super responsive when we had any questions or messaged about anything! House was extremely clean! Loved being right next to the exit gate (such a fast walking trip to the beach!) Would recommend to anyone!!

We loved staying here! The price is a little appalling- but you do get what you pay for in terms of privacy, location, views, and the space itself. During our stay we had a transformer blow right outside of our window which caused the power to go out - the host was extremely responsive and on top of the power company! We appreciated the patios furniture and the boogie boards and toys left for the kids! The wagon was very helpful too. The appliances were clean and the house was well kept!! They left a vacuum out for use and that was super helpful for sand. There is a playpen too, which they should list!
