Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Blue Mountains

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of The Blue Mountains. Very peaceful, light and well provisioned. Fabulous shower, proper kitchen, good WiFi - and the washer / drier was appreciated as we stayed for a month. Yishu was always prompt responding and checked in with us from time to time to see that everything was OK. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a blast at Foy’s Folly! The house is so spacious and peaceful, and the views are just lovely. We watched the stars at night and loved getting warm by the fireplace. Definitely want to come back! Thanks so much Melissa

This cabin was set in a beautiful location on the outskirts of town. There is plenty to do in Katoomba, but having a cosy cabin was the best place to recharge after exploring the Blue Mountains. The host was friendly and the house manual was jam-packed with valuable information about the property and surrounds. We were celebrating our anniversary but this listing would be suitable for a young family, with adventures to be had on and off the property.

We had such a beautiful stay at Kate’s place. The house is full of charm and character, with gorgeous light, a generous garden, and so many thoughtful touches, from the record player and cosy fireplace to the well stocked kitchen. It felt both homely and special. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog, who loved exploring the garden. Kate was a warm and responsive host. We’d love to return.

We had a lovely stay at Emilia’s. The area is very tranquil and serene. The house was spotless, very comfortable and cosy with the fire on. We would love to stay again!

Love love loved our stay at the cottage. It was toasty warm inside and brisk outside. The surrounding views were stunning. The friendly Grocer was just that, so friendly. The cottage was very tastefully furnished. Had everything you need to be comfortable. Thank you.

Margaret’s home is the ideal home away from home. Spacious and well equipped, it has all the qualities of a beautiful and comfortable house. It’s one house that we would love to come back to when we are in the Blue Mountains.

Beachousesix was very well appointed with amazing ocean views. It was clean, quiet & within around a 10 minute walk to restaurants & shops. There was plenty of street parking also. I would love to stay here again if in Terrigal. Thanks Tim

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful and comfortable home with lots of character. Felt like I was at home. The area is one of my favourites and didn’t disappoint. I would definitely love to stay again.

Great place for a weekend in Killcare! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we could need for a lovely stay!

Ghassan was extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was on the smaller side but water pressure was good with hot water. Very near to Broadway shopping centre (5-6 min walk), which has a Coles, food and shopping.

We had the most lovely stay at Heidi & Luke’s. The place was beautiful, clean and looked just like the photos. The hosts were responsive and sent clear instructions for a smooth check-in and check-out. The views are breathtaking. Among the six of us we agreed it was the best Airbnb we’d all ever stayed in! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Matt’s place was incredible. We stayed there for 2 nights for a girls weekend getaway. We loved the property so much that we skipped some of our scheduled wine tastings to sit around the cozy fireplace, watch the spectacular sunsets and enjoy the 360 degree views from every angle. This property has everything you could need, including very clearly labeled instructions for how to use the various appliances/speakers/fireplace etc. The kitchen is completely stocked, there’s no shortage of cleaning supplies, firewood, tea, coffee, and everything you need to make your stay a memorable and seamless one. Matt was very responsive, helpful, and a joy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend Among The Vines more highly. If I could give this more than five stars, I would. Gorgeous spot for a getaway from the city. Close to everything in the Hunter, but well away from everything and everyone. Super easy to find and get there, check-in/out was a breeze. All the information you need is provided. Great amenities especially in the kitchen. Accomodation is a beautiful space indoors and out. Amazing afternoon walks around the property. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. We had a wonderful stay. Perfect accommodation for 2 families. Spotless, beautifully decorated and a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains !

We stayed as a couples getaway with our fur baby, Japanese spitz. The team know what they are doing - impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, great amenities (bathtub, spa, fireplace, gardens), cute animals (alpacas, ducks, chickens, sheep), and lovely welcome treats all around (wine, chocolates, biscuits, halloumi, eggs, bread). Could not fault this place. Highly recommend ❤️ Federico was also super friendly and responsive throughout. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful, scenic & tranquil property. Felt very refreshed after my birthday weekend & lots of nice restaurants nearby. Hosts were lovely & extremely responsive. We hope to stay again in the future.
