Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Our apartment is comfortably furnished (90 m²) and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bunk bed, kitchen with living room, bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a large garden area. We offer a bread service. Excursions in the area include the Arber, the Geißkopf, the Silberberg in Bodenmais or St. Englmar, which you can reach by car in a short time. The heart of the small apartment is the cozy living room with corner bench, mini-kitchen and sofa. The double bedroom has a window facing east – in summer you will be woken up directly by the sunrise. A separate single room with another bed faces south. And in good weather, a sun terrace and sunbathing lawn await outside - the garden in front of the terrace (about 50 square meters) is also all yours!

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
