Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Boca Grande

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

Beautiful well equipped home! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and woefully designed and clean. Nice views, quiet setting and a Great boat dock. There were 4 of us adults and one child 12 years old. we spent our vacation in this beautiful house from June 8 to 14.briefly about the house inside, everything was very clean all the towels smelled clean and looked like new. the bedding was of good quality and everyone was comfortable sleeping. every room and bathroom had a nice smell. the kitchen has everything you need and everything is of good quality. The backyard also liked to eat barbecue and comfortable furniture. Separate plus for a refrigerator outside is very convenient. to walk to the beach for about a minute. Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

Nice and roomy! Close to family residences and the beaches!

This house is amazing! The furnishings are stunning, the patio and pool is super comfortable! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing family meals. Our favorite part was watching the lotus flowers bloom in the tranquil koi pond in the backyard! We can’t wait to return!

The host was vey accommodating and responsive. This is a great home in a great area. There were so many extras that we truly appreciated (bikes/scooters/cooler/chairs for beach etc.) My family uses Air BNB often and you rarely find these kind of extras. We hunted for shark teeth and visited many different beaches that were all so close to this home.

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

When Sabina called me, all I had to say was :" What a beautiful house!!" Spacious, clean, and very equipped. We had a lot of fun. Will most definitely recommend, and come back!

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

We had to come to town unexpectedly due to a family emergency and Raymond was so responsive and helpful in getting us in his place. It is a beautiful, peaceful, and surprisingly quiet house and neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed to be able to deal with our situation in peace. The house is clean and we'll equipped and the location is perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

First and foremost, Nick and Brenda were great hosts that were responsive and helpful during my stay. Their place was beautiful and was also conveniently located close to the beach and town. I can’t thank them enough for being such great and flexible hosts.

Beautiful home right on the beach! We loved having dinner on the patio and our kids had a great time playing on the slide and swings. Being so close to the ocean made our vacation with two small kids easy. More time enjoying the water and less time hauling stuff and kids around. Micah’s place is also fully stocked! Plenty of necessities which is nice since most Airbnb’s just give you enough for a day or two. One thing to note too is this area got hit pretty good by the hurricane and there is a lot of cleanup and construction being done.
