Holiday rentals with lake access in Bocagrande, Cartagena

Our group loved staying here. Beautiful home. The neighborhood felt very safe, was quiet and the people were so kind. Don’t be alarmed by the friendly neighborhood watch people. They are sweet. It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommend. This is not in a tourist area which we liked! Communication was great!

Stefani and Victor are always very attentive to what you need, everything was great, we were able to enter before check-in time, the accommodation is spectacular, but the best thing is that they are so attentive to your needs and look for ways to help you, Mrs. Acela attended to us in an unbeatable way, do not hesitate to book, everything is excellent.

I’ve stay every time I visit and everything is always amazing. Place is squeaky clean and beautifully decorated.

The place is exactly as described, clean and with a lot of space. We had the breakfast option, which was great because we had to leave pretty early everyday and they served breakfast at the time we requested. There was always someone to answer questions or help us out with what we needed. Great place all around.

Only kitchen service, glasses, spoons and small plates are missing

Amazing place! Such a perfect location in the heart of Cartagena amidst all the bars and restaurants and fun, yet still manages to be quiet and peaceful inside. Great facilities and a really responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

There are places worth returning to, and this is one of them. Urzula, who cooks for the house, always has the best seasoning and disposition. Margarita, a lovely person, always gives more. It is a luxury to have them as support in this beautiful property. You feel better than at home

The apartment is the same as the photographs. Very comfortable and safe, we found everything we need to spend a few incredible days in Cartagena. The view that the apartment has towards the Laguito, it is fantastic. It is also a beach street, close to supermarkets and restaurants, 10 minutes walking from Bocagrande. When leaving you get taxi service with ease, to go to the wall. Gonzalo and Aida, always ready to collaborate in what we need. We will undoubtedly come back!

A perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, well-designed, and ideally located, allowing us to explore everything on foot. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing all our needs and ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Aldemar’s place is exactly as shown in the photos and I am grateful for that. It is the perfect space for 2-3 guests to stay. Aldemar is also a very responsive host who always answered any of my questions in a timely manner. If you are worried about the safety of the area or the building, don’t be. There is security present round the clock and at night they turn off the automatic door so that they manually have to let you in. The area is very walkable and there is a grocery store within 10 minutes walking. I would say to pay close attention to what is not offered in the unit — there is no hot water heater so if you are the kind of person who needs a warm/hot shower, especially at the end of a long day, you will not get it. That would be the only con that would prevent me from staying here again, otherwise, beautiful space & priced very well. Well done Aldemar!

This was my second stay in this apartment and it had everything i needed to enjoy my time in Cartagena.

It was a great experience, the house was more than good for those we stayed, we would definitely come back.

I stayed in this apartment and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Very kind host, super clean apartment, full of amenities and with a very strategic location. The building's gym is very nice and complete. I highly recommend it! And I will definitely be back, maybe in September when I return to Colombia. Thank you very much

Excellent host. Very attentive!! Highly recommended. Provided many recommendations upon arrival. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay, close to almost everything in the city. Will definitely come back soon.
