Holiday rentals with a patio in Bockum

Our hosts were great people. The house was magnificent, it had everything you might need. We stayed for 3 nights and we plan to come again. The neighborhood of the house is great, there is a market nearby, it is a quiet, calm and peaceful place. The house was very clean and everything was thought of.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Very nice apartment, which is within walking distance of the pretty city center of Ratingen. Modernly furnished, exactly as shown in the photos.

A spontaneous decision from me to book this accommodation and everything worked out quickly and wonderfully. The communication was easy and straightforward. The apartment is beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. If we are in this area again, this listing would be our first request.

Very good communication, everything you needed was there in the apartment, check-in with key box, parking in front of the door, comfortable bed, good shower and in the kitchen everything you could need was there. The apartment is very quiet and the nearest public transport stop is a 5-minute walk. Very kind and helpful hosts who have also provided enough information about the local things. I'd love to come back.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

Hello Nicholas! I will recommend your apartment. The furnishings are very modern and everything was clean. The highlight was the small garden where you could comfortably drink a beer. Due to the quiet location, there was also relaxation for the short stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated the beautifully decorated modern and new space. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom with heated floors and towel rail was such a bonus! The kitchen was kindly stocked with delicious goodies and essentials like milk and coffee- a real treat after a long trip from the USA. Our host was extremely kind and responsive. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back, thanks so much!

In any case, very helpful and courteous and nice. It was clean and if you had questions you could ask right next door. Unfortunately, not much came out of the faucet in the bathroom, otherwise everything was fine.

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside, in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider area is probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike, directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous manner. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

There is only one toilet, otherwise everything is great and a totally nice exchange with the owner. Everything you need is available.

Communication was great, even late. The apartment is incredibly beautiful , huge , well equipped, especially for children a huge recommendation! We were welcomed with very nice attentions for us and our baby and can only recommend this really nice and clean apartment! Thank you again !

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quickly accessible (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

Stay was very pleasant. The house was great for a group of 5 friends. Everyone had their own place, but you could also sit together comfortably. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The terrace is huge. Water, coffee and hot chocolate were provided to us. We lacked nothing. Patrick was a very friendly host. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

It was a very, very nice stay in this accommodation. We were able to relax well and felt comfortable right away. If we had any questions, etc., we could contact them at any time and we were very warmly welcomed. The apartment itself was very clean and exactly as described. There is nothing to improve. We would also come back a second time. It is definitely worth a visit.

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
