The place was delightful - warm, homey, all the amenities for a comfortable stay and great location. Walking distance to beach and local rests and coffee shops. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was perfect. High recommend!

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

We have stayed here before and the property is beautiful. We certainly cannot beat the location! The host goes above and beyond the kitchen is stocked, not only with spices and tea, all if New York congressman, Charles the paper products you could possibly need aluminum foil, etc. Condiments are abundant. We can’t wait to go back!

Clean, comfy apartment and the perfect location for a weekend spent on nearby trails and at the beach! I would definitely book with Phillip and Nitza again.

Toni was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Their spot is such a home away from home. We had everything we needed! We traveled with our two year old son and their backyard was an amazing spot for him to get outside and get the wiggles out! The walkability was a huge draw for us and it was so nice to have so much nearby. Golden Gate Park was a quick walk and there was so much to explore! Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting San Francisco.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and you cannot beat the view. We spent a couple evenings on the patio watching the sunset on Mount Tam. It was breathtaking. The space was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet, so if you're looking for something that feels serene and peaceful, this is it. Shanna was easy to communicate with and was extremely kind. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Marin County. Super close to everything!

We really enjoyed our time here and extended for an extra night. Majestic views of tomales bay/dillon beach from all rooms/deck and 5 min drive down hill to dillon beach which is dog friendly. The dogs had a blast splashing around in the natural tide pools at low tide.

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

The Sea Ranch is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There is so much light in the house and the windows are huge and looks out into a field where we saw fox, deer, and birds pass by the house. Barbara was also very proactive and responsive. The air bnb comes with passes that give you access to the pool and tennis court, which are really nice. We had a wonderful time!

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious for family of seven. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet. The side patio is a nice place for a morning coffee with a scenic view of the ocean and the hills. I would enjoy coming back to this house again.

It was a perfect place for a girls’ weekend with my long distance friend. The view was absolutely stunning and the place was clean and comfortable.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip! We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing location & amazing view. Fell asleep to hearing the ocean every night, which was second to the views. Updated modern living space, equipped with everything we needed. Carlos was communicative and helpful. Overall a really great stay.

So hard to find a reasonably priced place in this neighborhood. Not only was this a great deal....but is was very spacious, well laid out and had a ton of amenities : coffee, high end shampoos and soaps, etc. Nancy was in touch constantly to make sure we knew where things were and how to enter and exit easily.

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
